Pretty messy inside this place. looks like it's been looted! Smelled sweaty inside and stuffy. Didn't feel too good about my purchase here. Won't be back unless I have no options.

We frequented this place often when it was new and enjoyed it. Since then it has gone so far downhill that I won't go back. The whole place is dirty, smells bad, and is dreary. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned too. Reading the menu was almost impossible as the screens were glitching. My daughter ordered the strawberry milk tea and had to throw it out because it did not taste good. With so much competition in the area I'd really hope they'd do better. I've seen how good this place can be and I hope they improve in the future.

The seating area is filthy. It looks like it hasn't been swept and mopped for a few days. Litter on the floor. The bathroom door doesn't lock, no toilet paper, the door has streaks of dirt. Just overall not a clean place to dine in.

When I walked in, the first thing I thought was "who looted the place". The ambiance, if you will, is similar to a night club the day after a massive party. Food crumbs and trash scattered everywhere, TV menus glitching, and flies looking for their next meal.The service was service, nothing more, nothing less.The food /drinks were just calories to fill an empty stomach. Whoever the owner is, maybe even managers, should really take a step back and reanalyze the purpose of having this establishment. Tapioca Express isn't being represented well at this location.

I have been going to tapioca express for a decade and over the years the quality has been getting worse and worse. Today was the last straw as I ordered 3 drinks. A Thai milk tea, a Chai vanilla, and a bubble black. Pretty standard drinks. The Thai tea tasted like it was powder and was extremely orange which shouldn't be the case since it's mixed with evap milk, the black tea tasted like water which means that it was not properly brewed or was cooled improperly and the Chai tea had chunks of the powder still in it. It seems they switched from brewing actual tea to quick and cheap methods which is unfortunate because as a former employee I know they used to make everything fresh. I do not recommend going to this location nor the Eastlake one. The bonita and convoy store are still the only ones I have had that have some semblance of what tapex used to be like.

Went there yesterday. My drink tasted like water and the girl working there wasn't friendly? We said hello and thank yous, but she never replied once and looked like she hated working there. Which, trust me I get it, but it kind of put us off.Overall, paid too much for water-tasting drinks and awkwardness. The one in national city is better!

Came in for my usual and saw that they had a bunch of bananas sitting on a shelf. I have my 2 year old waiting in the car with her mom and decided to try and buy one of the bananas for my little girl. I asked if theyd sell me one and that its for my baby in the car. To my surprise they gave me one for free. Thanks guys you made mine and my little girls day.

I usually order the same thing here, Crispy Chicken rice combo, yet how did ordering that turn into getting the chicken, but with beans, dumplings, fries, and no rice?? The lady didn't even ask for the spice level. My fault for not checking before leaving, but how do you mess up simple chicken and rice.
