Employee was very rude and unprofessional. I was a first time customer. As I approached the counter, she didn't greet me she just simply said what do you want!! I ask for a iced mocha coffee and she said with an attitude what size? I kindly asked her what sizes do you have this is my first time here. With an attitude she said regular or large? I told her regular. She handed me a hot mocha and spun the register screen around so I could choose the tip amount she would receive. Guess what lady you do not get to treat people poorly and receive money for your bad service. Make the trip to another coffee shop that appreciates people.

I always come here or to the one on Plaza. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, I can't get the name right, and I describe the color and consistency of what I want.
Rang the bell for 2 mins, and no one ever came to the register. Poor serivce
