Beretta than average coffee but it varies based on who makes it. Sometimes it's nice and others it's ok.
I pre ordered this for my child’s birthday party. I specifically told them I wanted to order in advance to get a fresh cake as I wa stood the strawberry shortcake is usually in stock frozen or something like that. Upon receiving near closing time I received my cake like this. Not only did I say I did not want a frozen cake the cake they gave me was half frozen from the inside. The strawberries were frozen frozen and the top was melting. How was this possible. These cakes are not cheap and I’ve never had an issue here. Very disappointed with what and how I received this.
Love the bakery. The salad was a little pricey for what I had.. could maybe use a little more there.
Love the atmosphere cute calm cafe vibes and the dessert is so so good, they have one of the best cannolis

Owners attitude is bad. Quality is non existent either (pre-made croissant dough is usually made with oil and not butter). I'm sure they don't even make the desserts in house.

Solid drink but the barista wasn’t the friendliest. Not worth the $9. Go to Starbucks. Same thing anyways or make it at home

I had a disappointing experience today that starkly contrasted with the wonderful service I received two years ago when I ordered hundreds of pastries for my grandfather’s birthday. This time, I ordered pastries for a high-end client as we are closing escrow, and I specifically chose this bakery because of my previous positive experience. However, when the girl at the front counter handed me the order, I found that four out of the 25 pastries were damaged. These are not cheap pastries—25 bite-size pastries cost about $70. When I pointed out the damage, she said there were no spares and nothing she could do about it. I asked if she could at least provide four or five small tiramisu cups so we could transfer the cheesecakes into them, but she said they didn't have any. I then asked if they could move the pastries into two separate boxes to prevent further damage. A man with a terrible attitude came out and started cutting the boxes and placing the pastries into smaller ones, damaging them even more. I insisted I wanted the pastries and would come to pick them up, but he flatly refused, saying they would only give me a refund and not remake the order. This response was unacceptable as I had paid for the service and simply wanted the pastries to be presented in a proper manner. Let’s see if some one calls me i’m curious and I’m so glad that I was picking them up 24 hours before I need to have them
