After completing my meal which totaled $24, the waitress named JACKIE rang up a $76 dollar check using my card . When I spoke to the n manager on duty he gave me bogus telephone number to contact corporate, not expecting me to call immediately. Unprofessional. Pay close attention to the charges on your card here .I recommend only paying cash in the future.

Really, you can't go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. The food is good, the drinks are tasty. The Cheesecake is out of this world. It is super noisy if you go during peak times, but that means the place is doing well since it is packed. My only complaint is expect parking to be difficult to find if you go during peak hours.
Server seemed preoccupied. Nobody seemed to know anything about how to make a mudslide. Salads weren't brought as an appetizer. The gay gentleman who brought out our food was amazing.

It was a disappointment because they didn't have the items that we wanted to eat available. The bread and water were like 20 minutes late; the mixed drinks we ordered took a really long time to come. Food took almost an hour to arrive at the table.
