5/5 the food is amazing and customer service is even better!

I ordered the most loved Chicken Club sandwich. Gross. The chicken didn't look like chicken. Avocado was mushed up & brown. There was a gallon of mayo and the bread was dripping in butter. Fries were old.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Good specials.

Really enjoy this place. food is gas wait for food is a little long but if always comes out delicious

This place is disgusting. Terrible customer service and the food takes forever. I saw a basic white girl put her barehands all over the fries including mine. When I went to ask for new fries and talk the the “store manager “ Patricia she ignored What I said even though I told her countless times the girl was putting her bare hands all over my fries and other peoples fries. She kept putting her hands inside the bags too. People beware that employee needs to keep her hands off of your food because she handles money and other equipment having not wash her hands. I will be taking this to corporate.

Food is pretty good, but WAY overpriced. Burgers somewhat better than typical fast food. Fries actually worse. Super long wait, which they admit and say is worth it. It's not.

The restaurant was so dirty we had to ask to clean the tables . 8 tables empty and all were dirty . The floor filthy filled with paper and liquid probably for a spill. How come they don’t clean!!! 6 employees in the counter. . Bathroom filthy . The management should visit without letting them know.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the onion rings and shakes are D A N K. Plus I've met some really cool people in some rare occasions. Besides that, today is the last day these people fool me with another soggy burger . This pathetic excuse for a santa barbara char feels and looks like its been through noahs flood. The growing lack of care this place has for its food is pathetic. Now I look forward for this char to leave my system so I can never associate with Habit anymore. This place was a game changer for a time. Now its just a game cause they playin you.

Came here on lunch break today and I ordered my food.... I saw a burger sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes before my buzzer went off and then I was given that cold burger that had been sitting there. Very disappointed it was a birthday burger I was supposed to get. Obviously the workers need more training or something because I should not be eating a cold burger.

The burgers, fries and onion rings are very good (not great). The price however is high even for this burger. $20 for the Santa Barbara with fries and a drink. Good, but not that good.
