Went there with my family last night after the game. The line was super long, and the wait time wasn’t short either but honestly, I didn’t mind at all because the food was absolutely incredible.
What really stood out to me was the girl with short hair she was doing pretty much everything. She was handling customers, double checking orders, running around making sure everything was right, and even cleaned up the restaurant once things slowed down.
All I can say is: she 100% DESERVES a raise (or at the very least some serious recognition). It’s rare to see someone work that hard and still deliver amazing customer service these days. 👏

Steven was doing great work at making sure the orders flowing while Jun the manager was providing A1 service to all customers. I really appreciate the warm environment these guys bring and will be back for sure ! Great food and Great Service !

I ordered at the kiosk. My order of a customized Grilled Chicken Sandwich with teriyaki on Sourdough with caramelized onions, added fresh pineapple ring, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo was prepared promptly and perfectly. I received the text as promised just before the order was announced at the counter. My sides of tempura green beans with ranch and sweet potato fries where both hot and cooked perfectly. My only quibble was - why do they empty the strawberry limeade and the other flavored beverage (I think it was passionfruit-limeade) an hour before closing time ( about 8 pm for a 9pm close). Especially without announcing a last call for refills. Pluses were they were noticeably restocking the hot pepper selections at the same time they were emptying the drinks. I also liked they kept napkins and sweeteners for the iced teas stocked. Overall well maintained business. Restroom was also clean and stocked.

Food is good, service not great. Restaurant is dirty, messy. Behind the counter you can see so much food on the floor that has fallen dining room floors dirty around and under tables. Employees weren't to friendly, have gone more than 3 times since they've opened and its always the same experience.

The most recent time I ate here the food was delicious, my friend had the chicken sandwich and I had the miso crunch salad and they both were fantastic. I went a few days before and felt that the chicken sandwich was consistent but the chicken club depends on that bacon, but regardless the drinks and sides always hit right and their burgers are good.

The service is usually a hit or miss. Takes awhile to get an answer on the intercoms when arriving and once you finally do arrive at the window , it still takes a very long time to get service of any kind. Forgotten drinks, totals, and sauces alone, the lack of consistent consideration to the customer service side makes me not want to use their drive thru anymore.

Atmosphere and energy is always spot on though, all in all better than most places.

So bummed. I was excited to try, but waited for over 40 min with only 4 cars ahead of me.
30 dollars for me and my toddler. our milkshake was runny and the fies were burnt the burgers were alright.

People who work here are rude. If you accidentally do anything messed up on the order like put a wrong address or put pick up instead of delivery they do not refund you so that is $40 that you do not get back when I did go pick up my food they have bugs in their establishment, and if you inform the workers of this, they do not care. This is why they’re going lower and lower on the rankings for fast food.

I was going to go thru the drive thru 9:35PM, because their website stated they closed the drive thru at 10:PM, but it was blocked. So I went to the front door and the manager came to the door and informed me they were closed. She couldn't give me a reason why, just that they were closed. I will not be going back.
