This was the first and also the last time I will visit the habit, there are many places that are welcoming and nic better customer service

I ordered the impossible burger. They gave me a regular burger. I wrapped was the same as the regular burger wrapper. They also told me they couldn’t not cook the impossible burger on a surface without meat juice even though they have an impossible burger sandwich on the menu labeled “vegan” Also, while grilling the burger, the cook turned around and looked at me and mouthed “No cheese?.” I said, “I can’t hear you, are you talking to me?” And the cook just again mouth “No cheese?” It was a weird experience. I will not return. Why label something vegan if you are not going to follow through with it?

The Habit Burger Grill has to be the best kept crown jewel hamburger eatery in all San Diego. The burgers are made fresh to order and are absolutely delicious for a very reasonable price. It took under 5 minutes to get my food and I was out the door spending less than 10 dollars. The staff here were courteous . The place is exceptionally clean. Restrooms well maintained. Overall an amazing place to enjoy what a real hamburger tastes like in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Great restaurant. Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. The place was busy, but the staff was efficient. The kiosks require a few extra steps to place an order, so a recommendation for Habit is to make their kiosks a little more intuitive when placing an order. Other than that, this is a great restaurant.

So I’ve been meaning to try this burger place for some time. I finally made it in and was anticipating a well-made, juicy, gourmet burger that was a step up from fast-food chains. While the convenience of ordering was easy (self-order kiosk at the door), the service was pretty average (barely any interaction with employees), the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Unfortunately the burger didn’t live up to my expectation of a sit-down gourmet burger joint. The burger was good quality, but nothing special. You can honestly get something on this level at a Jack In The Box or Carl’s Jr drive through for less. This burger/fry/drink combo cost me just under $20 which in my opinion is just a bit much for something that isn’t spectacular or above average.

Nothing to write home about. The long story short is that this bland food is not worth my money and probably not worth yours either.We tried a burger, a "spicy" chicken sandwich, French fries, and sweet potato fries. The burger lacked flavor and was the most mediocre burger I have had in a long time. The "spicy" chicken sandwich was also very bland. Even trying the chicken alone sans bun and toppings revealed that there was zero spice to it and it was very dry. The chicken was a flat super processed piece of chicken product and didn't resemble real chicken in the slightest. The fries were also flavorless.The staff took my order, but there was zero interaction from their end to even determine if they were friendly. The inside is spacious and there is some outside seating as well.I would not return, and would recommend that you choose somewhere else to spend your money.

I DO NOT recommend mobile ordering. I tried both for delivery and pick up. On the delivery received an error massage card got charged and door dash driver was notified. Saw that the charge was credited so tried calling the restaurant to see if order had gone thru but there is not direct calling the restaurant instead a centralized number. Asked to get transferred to the restaurant and they couldn't. I was recommend to contact the door dash driver. Which I did order did not go thru and he was there waiting because they had initially told him it would be out soon then after I called him they told him he verified again and they told him it wasn't showing up. Waste of his time and mine.Gave it another chance and did pick up. Order was done wrong only to find out once we got home.I don't know how their in restaurant service is but I definitely do not recommend mobile ordering. The annoying part is that I tipped to ensure my order wouldn't be screwed up. Lesson learned.
