Rude and pretentious. Parked in a Handicap spot next to this bar and were followed to the next door establishment to move the car as the bartender didn’t want to hold back spaces for customers. When leaving the establishment next door, found a NON-Handicap Impala in the Handicap spot.
The California Department of Motor Vehicles website seems to indicate that anyone with a disabled placard or license plate may park in any designated disabled space. It does not appear to make a distinction between public and private property or between reserved and unreserved spaces.

Cash only, no cards accepted. No kitchen, so no food. Parking is very limited. Pool table by the entrance door, very distracting if you're playing while people come and go. DJ is cool, playing hits sounds.

Good prices for drinks, older crowd, nice ladies, kind of like East LA Chicano scene, cool people. Caveat: Chicano scene, drinking, cholo looking dudes, might have some altercation when looking at a girl that is with a guy. I did, all cool, but crap! It is a bar..... Would I go again? Yes, next Friday.....
