Portion of the tostiloco chip in the dish is embarrassing! I hate that every time employees make a Raspados they throw away what they think it’s left over, Give it to the Guest fill the cup all the way up. too much airspace. I don’t think I’ll come back. It upsets me to not get what I pay for.

Rain “Rain”
I have been coming to this Icecream since it opened and this is the first time I have ever left a review for them. The girl working the counter tonight was very rude to my daughter and not only that but my daughter ordered some Tostilocos without the pig rhines and she took an already made tostilocos and started to remove the pig from it. My daughter noticed and told her no, no pig rhines! She then told my daughter that they all come premade like that and like I said we have been going to this ice cream shop for years. So disappointed in your staff!

Great selection, friendly service, convenient location, affordable prices, super clean.
Tocumbo is always delicious. The snows/ice creams are very traditional but they also have their flavors that my children like, such as Oreo cookie snow. I go more for the esquites/glass of corn prepared to order. Also some tostilocos to share from time to time.
