I've been a customer since I was a teenager and lived down the street. Now I make the trip from the east county when I am craving a LOMO torta. Nothing like this combination and flavors. I like my lomo shredded, not the big slab of meat. Highly recommend it !!! My ultimate all time favorite!

This fine little establishment is symbolic of early chula vista "As soon as I walked in I was greeted with old world warmth and felt the coziness-home)Here you will get Quality health beverages made in house and healthy Mexican/American eats .Nothing over 8$ which is Amazing in today's world. This fine little establishment will be on my (must stop list) it is even worth the drive coming from about five zip codes away.For all of you that will read this, You have to try this little place that serves BIG satisfaction.

I dare say this place is Chula Vista's hidden gem. if you go, try the 'Torta Especial'. Their fruit, smoothies, etc are all delicious. But we go for the Especial. Simply the best and nothing else compares (don't skip the 3 sauce combo; spicy mayo, brown sauce, dijon mustard).

I absolutely love the torta de lomo with a side of strawberry milkshake and some French fries! and the people who work here are always really nice! this family-owned business is definitely a hidden gem a must-try!!

This five star is specifically aimed towards the tropical fruit salad. It is exactly what you want if you know about the amazing fruit salads you get in a Baja or Mexico experience. It is abundant, it is fresh, the fruit is delicious and the toppings are generous. This is the perfect alternative to processed sugary desserts or breakfast. These types of accepted sugary breakfasts should not be, as they break down our body system in a way that lessens flexibility in our body as time goes on. Stay away from processed sugar... Now back to the tropical salad, filled with mango, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, apple and honeydew melon all were present in a very handsome portion (probably weighing close to 3 lbs.). The toppings of cottage cheese, sprinkled granola and drizzled honey make this experience good for any part of the day, any meal anywhere. And you feel great afterwards. The ladies that have helped me have always been sweet. I have yet to order one of the sandwiches, there's always someone ordering one in front of me and they look delicious. It is a humble establishment that feels like a hideaway offering yummy delights.

Best Torta de Lomo in South Bay!! Local south bay family owned business, survived a lot of ups and downs, the food is always made fresh and the naturally flavored agua Fresca are delicious....highly recommend the seasoned French fries as well, with the Chipotle mayo.

Love this place!! I go here every time I'm driving back to Mexico and I need a smoothie. Kind, sweet service. Vegan options for milks and smoothie making. Nice variety. Acai bowls. They have a lunch menu, but I haven't eaten there yet. But I will always go back for a smoothie!

I love the Lomo Especial Torta with Agua de platano! Everything is pretty tasty though. I've been coming for years and the quality is always consistent. The family and staff are beyond friendly, which is an added bonus.
