Love the Pan de Sal, siopaos too. Is that the correct spelling, siopao?

Bought some pastries and got disappointed with its quality, they were hard and not freshly baked. Waste of money.

We’ve been buying pa de sal for over a decade now. Every time , they change the recipe. The texture is different. It’s not the same as few years back. My family said the same thing. Maybe the baker is not doing it right. They changed the baker?I hope it will go back to soft and somewhat wrinkly. This is only for improvement. Thank you.

$3.25 for these? Poor quality

Looks like this isn't the same Valerio's in National City, but, they're copying their products and names on the packaging. Isn't this a Valerio's Tropical? Quality is definitely not as good. Prices are higher here than the one in National City next to Tita's. Save your time and money and go to the one next to Tita's since it's an original Valerio's location that's still operated by real Valerio's. The bread is WAAAY better there. The reviews speak for itself, honestly...

I was frustrated with my purchase . I bought biko and went home just to find out it has molds. So i went back to return the product but the sales person said they have no return no refund policy. So i asked her to give me back thr product and the receipt she took from me and ill come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. She insisted to just come back tomorrow but she wont give me the product and the receipt, her name is Alisa sounds like that, i think she want me to make a scene so i gave her what she want until someone came and talk to her , and she’s still making gestures and keep talking, what a poor customer Service. But anyway just beware of their products, i dont think they check their product, so if you still want to purchase there check it for your self before paying or else you wont get your money back. In my case i wont waste my time going back and forth there i filed a Dispute transaction and a review will defenitely give thier store a bad points , I posted some pictures along with this review.

I love their Pan de Sal. The philly cheese one is delicious. The staff is friendly and it’s in the Sea Food city food court so there is something for everyone.

Their regular hot pandesal is the best. However, I tried their so called especial ube pandesal is extremely not worthy expensive. Their Kutsinta is tough, chewy and too sweet.

The Food we bought from this place spoiled after one day. Beware no quality control. We tried to get a refund to no avail. I'm Never buying anything from this place again.

The cassava cake I just bought this afternoon is already stale because of its sour taste and liquid appearing underneath. You should always check your products for its freshness and quality even it's in the cooler. Can I get a refund?
