My wife and I were so disappointed by our recent visit to this Waba Grill. The restrooms were messy, all the open tables were dirty with leftover items from previous patrons (napkins, wet areas, empty packets), and there were 2 employees running the entire place .... Employees don't take your order anymore and the process was unintuitive. Waba skimped back so much with employees that the place felt like a mess. To add insult to injury, the place smelled like septic maybe? My wife and I decided to take our meals to go because we couldn't be in there any longer.
Sorry to see Waba fall so far. The food is still fine, but everything else is coming undone here.

I had a great experience with the customer service here and will definitely be returning more frequently. Incredible, well prepped food that I very much enjoyed. The cashier was extremely helpful with choosing an item off the meñu and cooks were fast with getting my order out.
Food is good, really good portions as well and the 2 times I have come so far the customer service has been great. I'm in the restaurant business myself for 2 decades so I definitely know this is a good place
