I have been going to Wendy for some time and always get just a single Dave for myself. My boys are now old enough to eat some chicken nuggets, which we got, but some odd reason they are spicy.. no, I didn't order the spicy once. I think they just have a slight spicy taste to them, so both my boys refuse to eat them, so I did waste food and out a little over $10.

My recent visits to Wendy's in Eastlake have left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. One noticeable trend is the reduction in portion sizes, accompanied by an increase in prices. This unfortunate combination has significantly diminished the value proposition of dining at this establishment.As a loyal customer, I've come to expect a certain standard of quality and quantity from Wendy's menu offerings. However, it's disheartening to witness the gradual decline in portion sizes, which now leave much to be desired. What was once a satisfying meal now feels like a meager portion at an inflated price.Despite these changes, the quality of the food remains relatively unchanged. However, it's difficult to justify the increased cost when the portions no longer satisfy hunger as they once did. It's a clear case of diminishing returns for the customer.In addition to the disappointment of smaller portions at higher prices, the overall dining experience at Wendy's in Eastlake has been marred by inconsistent customer service and lackluster attention to detail.In conclusion, the recent changes at Wendy's Eastlake, including shrinking portion sizes and rising prices, have left me questioning the value proposition of dining at this establishment. Management should take immediate steps to address these concerns and restore the confidence of their customers. Until then, I'll be exploring other dining options that offer better value for my money.

DO NOT GO HERE! It’s hit or miss!!!! This is by far the worst Wendy’s chain I’ve ever been to. Went for breakfast this morning around 0900. Ordered the number 1, maple bacon chicken croissant (they didn’t put anything on it but croissant and chicken) number 3, sausage egg and cheese croissant (dry, like warm and smashed) and a maple chicken biscuit with no maple butter (the gave us a biscuit with NOTHING in it). The French toast sticks i ordered for my kids were flat, dark and hard. The best thing was the lemonade. I paid for food that they did NOT give me and everything was clearly old. I would’ve been better off going to McDonald’s.

Went to get a frostie since the vanilla flavor was back on the menu. The staff is an entertaining crew as always at Wendy’s. The frostie keychains are available at this location so recommend going in to get your $3 chain for the year. The downfall of this location is if you dine in the atmosphere is mediocre with some sketchy people which is unusual for Eastlake. The tables are generally dirty and alot of trash is left by previous customers. Still the frostie is a must get.

This is the first Wendy's where my food is cooked completely and hot when I get it the place was very clean inside and there was no wait. The breakfast is pretty good not a big fan of those fried potato things they make but I do like the round ones that they have at other locations. Overall this place was probably the nicest cleanest when he's I've ever been to.Parking: Free and tons of open spots. We had a uhaul and had no prob parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids are able to eat here and they offer kids meals.
