They didn’t have any pretzels. Like, ISN’T THAT THE ONLY THING YOU SELL?! The guy was super dispassionate and dull, just stared at us like he could not care less. I said, “That’s ok, we’ll wait.” He was like, “No…we don’t have any.” What do you mean you don’t have any?! What they did have (the bites and some kind of pizza bread) was not great and the drinks were mediocre at best. One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had!

If you have not had Wetzel's Pretzels, it's safe to say you are missing out. The food, service and the atmosphere are superb. They do not disappoint and you will be satisfied to visit again in the future.

I ordered a jalapeño cheese dip and pizza bitz paid for the jalapeño cheese and I didn’t get it I’m really annoyed and couldn’t eat my pizza bitz without the dip they’re just so plain. don’t waste your money here it’s pricey and not worth it.
