I got their cheesy bites on the 17th last night of January 2 were good on top the restaurant burnt shoved in the box. They must’ve been sitting there for hours which I did not know then I got their pretzel which was like eating rubber. I’m turning this over to my credit card for fraud because what I got for 14 bucks was not even worth it. My dogs would not even eat it. They’re cheesy bites had a piece of pepperoni on it hard as a rock I cracked a tooth on one of their cheesy bites. I would not go there. If you paid me to go there I’ve had Wetzel pretzels, Viejas casino, and they were good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog they don’t have a phone number you can call. They have nothing all the phones numbers they have nobody answers them or they’re disconnected, beware when you go to Wetzel, Pretzel and In Otay Ranch next to AT&T, worst service ever

Parking: Parking is horrible. Everyone parks in one spot and then walks all over the place. That’s what the larger pocket wants it for the ones near the stores are for going in and out not parking for hours on end.

Kid-friendliness: I’ve had Witz pretzel and Viejas they were friendly they were talkative. The girl that was working there didn’t say a word she’s like him. I think about 15 minutes cause I wanted their Hot dog bites and she had the nerve to tell me 15 minutes but they had cheesy bites there that were no good hard weren’t hot they’ve been sitting there for hours. Another girl walks in takes a drink off her soda and starts making more pizza dough, not even washing her hands. I would not recommend this place

The lemonade was by far the worst I've ever had. It wasn't fresh just had a obvious fake taste. ?

What a nice, warm welcome with a beautiful smile from the young lady who greeted me. She took the time to distinguish the difference between the three pretzel dogs. I got the jalapeño jog. Not spicy for me - mild. Satisfied my hunger pangs. Also enjoyed the cinnamon bites. Yummy! Awesome service!

The pizza bites are amazing

All burned. I went today to Otay Ranch Town Center location, I got cheesy dog bits and my daugther got pizza bits, both orders were burned. No cheese to taste. Bad for this location.

Great, clean, and friendly place. Their frozen granitas are delicious and is the reason I keep coming back there.

There was a really nice girl, Josette who was very kind and welcoming. Excellent service.
