Small, clean shop. Workers were nice, though they didn't have a lot of inventory visibly on hand. We ordered the salty and hotdog bites - waited a couple of minutes for the salty, then an additional 5 for the hotdogs. At least they were fresh!

I've been to this location many of times and they never have inventory on hand. Came in today, I was told it be a 10 minute wait for the dog bites. Told them I'd be back.Came back within 10 minutes and at this time, waited in line, got up to place my order, and was told I didn't secure my order. At no time when I was originally in the store, did they ask me to secure my order. Maybe this is why they have no tips in the jar. Hard to review food when they do not have what you want to eat.

I always buy at this location every time my kids crave for pretzels, so I know if the pretzel is old or new. This is my second time to experience bringing home a hard pretzel. The first time I had time to go back to exchange it with a new one but this time I just can't go back. Pretzel sellers know how long a bread will remain soft. They should not sell a bread beyond it's time. This is not a good service..

I got their cheesy bites on the 17th last night of January 2 were good on top the restaurant burnt shoved in the box. They must’ve been sitting there for hours which I did not know then I got their pretzel which was like eating rubber. I’m turning this over to my credit card for fraud because what I got for 14 bucks was not even worth it. My dogs would not even eat it. They’re cheesy bites had a piece of pepperoni on it hard as a rock I cracked a tooth on one of their cheesy bites. I would not go there. If you paid me to go there I’ve had Wetzel pretzels, Viejas casino, and they were good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog they don’t have a phone number you can call. They have nothing all the phones numbers they have nobody answers them or they’re disconnected, beware when you go to Wetzel, Pretzel and In Otay Ranch next to AT&T, worst service everParking: Parking is horrible. Everyone parks in one spot and then walks all over the place. That’s what the larger pocket wants it for the ones near the stores are for going in and out not parking for hours on end.Kid-friendliness: I’ve had Witz pretzel and Viejas they were friendly they were talkative. The girl that was working there didn’t say a word she’s like him. I think about 15 minutes cause I wanted their Hot dog bites and she had the nerve to tell me 15 minutes but they had cheesy bites there that were no good hard weren’t hot they’ve been sitting there for hours. Another girl walks in takes a drink off her soda and starts making more pizza dough, not even washing her hands. I would not recommend this place

What a nice, warm welcome with a beautiful smile from the young lady who greeted me. She took the time to distinguish the difference between the three pretzel dogs. I got the jalapeño jog. Not spicy for me - mild. Satisfied my hunger pangs. Also enjoyed the cinnamon bites. Yummy! Awesome service!

This review is mainly for the Cheesy Jalapeño Pretzel, you can tell just by the presentation that love and care was put into the creation of the beautiful pretzel with the perfect golden crust of the pretzel to the delicately placed jalapeños makes it a joy to look at. Biting into the pretzel it has a perfect crunch at a very comfortable temperature not too hot not too cold just like goldilocks and the three bears. The inside of the pretzel is soft and pillowy and the jalapeños add a kick to it all, not too hard of a kick but just enough to tickle your tongue. I opted in to get the jalapeño cheese and boy was it good. The temperature of the cheese was perfect making it smooth and gooey perfect to dip the pretzel into. The flavor of the cheese was so rich paired with the kick of the jalapeño made it a joy to eat. I definitely recommend this combination a masterpiece of food by this establishment. Not to mention the workers, some of the nicest and helpful people made my experience just as enjoyable as eating the pretzel.

All burned. I went today to Otay Ranch Town Center location, I got cheesy dog bits and my daugther got pizza bits, both orders were burned. No cheese to taste. Bad for this location.
