Very pissed every for the second time I order the buffalo fries the chicken done and the fries and not cooked so the way I called to talk to the manager and Cassandra tells me he not going to be around and she didn't know when he will be back on top of that she went back in fourth with me about what I think about my food when I told her the first time to make sure my food is well cooked all she keep saying is it is on a timer and there is nothing she can do so basically live with it and suck it up not get problem. I will never buy from here again and you shouldn't either

Chicken? No taste. Blue cheese dressing? No taste. Fountain drinks? No taste. Service? Okay, but manager or owner, not sure, was sort of a jerk. Customer service girl was nice when taking our order, while manager/owner was breathing down her neck at the counter acting like he was looking at his phone, obviously monitoring the order and glancing at me and the order taker. Once the order was ready, they called our name to pick it up so I did. We were seated only 10 feet away and was curious why the order was not brought to our table. Upon opening our order we noticed we received only three sauces/dressing so went to the counter to request the fourth we were due. Manager/owner was again eavesdropping from halfway across the kitchen as the girl gave me the fourth dressing. From his position, without even knowing the situation, he tells the service girl, "They're only supposed to get four!" I butted in a said, "We only got three," and showed him the three when I walked back to our table. He didn't say anything. I think he should have apologized to nice girl. Atmosphere was okay, but trying to watch Bellatore fights on nearest TV were difficult to watch with a ceiling light hanging right in front of it. A lot of little things that added up, but this was our experience, and we won't be going back.

Ordered through uber eats and called restaurant to complain about the metal shaving stuck in the chicken batter no one helped or take accountability for the hazard and still no refund or anything like it's some every day occurrence no one cares and their food was about to be fed to a child as well. Shame on both companies they don't care what happens to customers eating their food.

As soon as i call the guy puts me on hold and didnt even say hi. I ordered and the guy clearly was distracted and couldn't hear me (maybe turn down the music in the restaurant to be a little more accurate) when I placed my order on the phone, he never repeated my order back. When I get home they gave me 20 bone in wings instead of 20 tenders. I call back and the guy was very rude, he said not to contradict you but you said 20 wings, he told me you are going to have to bring them back. I said that is fine. He said he was going to start making the tenders. I gave it like 15 minutes before heading back. I still had to wait almost 10 more minutes. Never did a recieve a sorry or anything to compensate THEIR mistake! I just got a bunch of dirty looks! Why would I lie and want to drive ALL the way back over there! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! TRY ANOTHER LOCATION!

I used to eat out here all the time, recently the portion sizes just lessened and honestly, the chicken was just chicken cut up into small pieces, they weren't even wings at this point
