I used to like eating here until I was rudely hung up on today...I wanted to place an order for pick up but the prices were more than ordering from Grubhub. When I STARTED to tell her I would just order from Grubhub instead because the prices were cheaper and delivery is free right now - the woman on the phone hung up before I could finish speaking.

Ordered their bone in wings, fries and breadstick from uber eats and it was very disappointing. My wings were definitely undercooked and the fries were so under cooked and soggy. The breadsticks were mediocre. The sauce on the wings was okayish it had a decent flavor but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy my wings due to them being undercooked. I'll pass on the salmonella... The fries had no seasoning whatsoever and the breadsticks had parmesan cheese but that was it no garlic or anything to give it a nice ummppphhh. The celery was as super good though!!! Oh and I wish they would of given me a straw for my drink.

45 minutes to make 8 boneless wings and 3 bread sticks. I'm the 3rd person in line picking up an online order and they push my order to the end of a 12 person line... Epic.

The flavors are strange the chicken is dry and the people are busy texting and talking pay you no attention that’s why they’re always empty. Leave them that way their food is horrible go somewhere else.

Great genuine customer service. They were busy but that's understandable for a restaurant. I ordered two buffalo chicken fries and yum! They were bomb :) for Super Bowl Sunday, they got my order really quick :) Also too, the portion for a regular size of buffalo fries was great. Great price for 2 orders of buffalo chicken fries, came out to like $18. Also! I'm glad that they still offered buffalo chicken fries for Super Bowl Sunday! They didn't offer them today at epic wings and things lol This chain is the first place I tried buffalo chicken fries way back when in 2011 and they're still bomb :)

I ordered a buffalo salad from Wings Empire on Postmates. I just have to say that I will never order from this location again. I opened the box and was excited to dig in but that do first bite of chicken was ice cold. YUCK!!! For some stupid reason i continued eating around the chicken to just eat the lettuce. and when i made a dent and got to the bottom, I notice my box of food was sitting in water. WATER -.- Yes salad is a wet from washing. dry your damn lettuce that's just bad quality. who wants to see they're chicken salad swimming in a pool of lettuce water. I can't even get a refund, because when I tried I was only offered $1.99 for the inconvenience. When I order from Wings Legend I get a nice warm DRY and refreshing salad. Very disappointed.
I looked up the one closet to me and this one popped up which was 8 minutes away. Clicked on the website (which was working with no trouble) and ordered online and double checking the address to make sure I drove to the right spot. There is no parking by infront or behind the location so had to park by citibank and walk to the restaurant. When I got there the door was locked and had to check the opening hours which stated 10 am and it was almost 10:15 am. Waited for a few minutes until the young man came and opened the door. Told him I made an online order and was here for pick up. He asked me if I had the correct address and I assured him that I did and I had already paid for the order. He and his other associate told me that they do not have a website to make orders online and that it was the old owners website and it is yet to be taken down. I told them that I was going confused and when I went online it gave me the address and the phone number for the current location that I was in and the website did not give me any notification or notice that it was under new management. They then again reassured me that they do not take online orders at this location to which I told them that was not my fault if I clicked on their address, with their phone number and a working website thst took my money. After talking among themselves the made my order which I thanked them for and told them new management has to find a way to let people know they don't do online orders before this happens to other people. Otherwise from going through that ordeal, the buffalo chicken fries I ordered was great.

I am writing another bad review because the is the absolute last time we order from this place! We specifically asked for well done fries and made it clear that's how we wanted our order because they always forget and yet again they didn't do it!! We tried to go back and ask them to redo our order but they refused to because we didn't have the receipt anymore. So stupid, not coming back again!! Please go spend your money elsewhere. The staff is so rude and act like they hate being there

Wings are decent but not nearly as good as wing stop.... That being said for the it's too much money for what you get, just go to wing stop, unless it's just too far and so this is just 'easier' (that's why I went).
