This place has EXTREMELY terrible time management for orders, I’ve tried ordering different days and times but it never seems to matter. For example, if I make a carry-out order and it’s suppose to be done by 10:30 the latest I’ll still go 15-20 minutes past but yet I’ll be leaving with my order anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour+ later which is ridiculous. I could have been home and finished already.
The longest time I waited was 1 hour and 18 minutes past my pick up time on the app. No apologies or acknowledgment from any employee because of their delay, they just keep telling you to wait and they’re waiting for one thing or another of your order. It seems like they don’t start making most of them until the person is there to pick up which makes no sense since you’ve already paid or they put things for different orders that are also late.
I have not been the only person waiting long, I’m just surprised it hasn’t been dealt with already. This mayor issue has been going on for over a year, at least but the one in San Ysidro is much better. I’ve learned to not come back here.

Worst Wingstop EVER!!! placed an order online and even waited a few min extra to go pick it up . We got there and my bf went in to ask about the order they said 5 min. 15 min went by. I decided to go in and check the table with online orders and our order was sitting there. I grabbed my order and one of the workers approached me and said give me your confirmation number and started acting as if I was taking someone else’s order. If I could rate this place a 0 I would

Super slow service and disappointing service, this Wingstop's and the imperial Beach location are super slow, worst customer service and by God they're such liars with the promise times somehow their 20 minutes estimate turned into an almost hour wait. And somehow after arriving back home 6 minutes later my food was cold. Like how does that even happen?!?! Definitely never going to Wingstop on San Diego area after this worst food chain ever!!

Man what can i say about this place other than delicious food and awes customer service, the staff is super friendly and a special shoutout to Yahel who helped take my order. He was super patient with me taking forever to decide what i wanted lol. Humble dude definitely recommend this location been a cv resident for 5 years now and this place never disappoints!

I highly recommend anyone to check their order before leaving the store since the only solution to their incompetence is making you drive back for the missing items on your order while the rest of your order gets cold at home, watch out with their manager Brenda, stubborn lady with a huge lack for customer service, they must be desperate to have her running a shift.

Very bad service. I placed an order through DoorDash and they sent me the wrong order. And I called and they told me that it was their mistake, the other person also just called. And they were all dry and burned. And they didn't solve it for me. They wanted me to go. By order Y I couldn't go at that time. Due to surgery I couldn't move That's why I asked for it ? I don't recommend it
