the service at this location is so terrible i would give them a 0/5 if it was possible. i went in hopeful and ignoring the 3 stars this location has because people have short patience and bad experiences all the time, but this was just on another level. It was filthy inside, and most of the workers were just giggling and not doing their job- those who actually were working seemed to be only taking online orders which I didn’t mind until 30 minutes after waiting for my own order. I didn’t receive my food after this, so by the time the 1 hour mark hit I grew desperate and had asked them for a refund. This lady who I assume is the manager checked my receipt and suddenly went in the back and gave me a cold order. It was unbelievable.

Fix your system, get a better manager, and hire more staff members. It is so clear this location is understaffed and it is genuinely so rude to keep people waiting for excessive amounts of time.

Arrive at my pickup time, no one greets me for quite a while, staff is having a blast, several guests waiting for their food, homeless person making a disgusting mess in the dining area, lead worker arguing with her about her order instead of working on the massive order backup. I'm told 5 minutes. Try 30

Hawaiian is supposed to taste sweet and no spice. Tell me why my wings were extremely spicy. I couldn’t even eat it because of how spicy it was. It also took an hour to get my food when there was only 3 people ahead of me. This restaurant is super slow and apparently can’t even get orders correct

Worst place ever They have up 6 staff members and they take more than 30min for orders. I have work in restaurants where you cook everything from 0 and have never taken this long. It’s wings do they have go kill the chicken and take every single feather why they take so long and the worst part is how slow they’re staff are the manager just sits and relaxes

In contrast, this Wingstop location was by far my most disappointing experience out of the numerous establishments I have visited in San Diego. Upon entering, I found myself as the sole customer in front of the counter and patiently awaited the cashier to release their attention and process my order. However, while I was waiting, another customer entered and was acknowledged by the cashier, whom I believe was Yahel. This customer informed the cashier that they had an online order and required payment, which resulted in them being prioritized. After a few minutes, the phone rang, and the customer was placed on hold while the cashier completed the order of the customer who had been attended to before me. The cashier then returned to the phone and took the customer’s order, leaving me to continue waiting. By the time I was acknowledged and placed my order, approximately 10-15 minutes had elapsed. I was seriously considering leaving, but I exercised restraint and remained patient. I was informed that my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes, but it actually took 40-45 minutes. To further exacerbate the situation, the soda machine had a significantly unpleasant taste, and all the soda flavors appeared flat, and there was no ice available. Overall the employees looked to be overwhelmed and unorganized.

This place has EXTREMELY terrible time management for orders, I’ve tried ordering different days and times but it never seems to matter. For example, if I make a carry-out order and it’s suppose to be done by 10:30 the latest I’ll still go 15-20 minutes past but yet I’ll be leaving with my order anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour+ later which is ridiculous. I could have been home and finished already.

The longest time I waited was 1 hour and 18 minutes past my pick up time on the app. No apologies or acknowledgment from any employee because of their delay, they just keep telling you to wait and they’re waiting for one thing or another of your order. It seems like they don’t start making most of them until the person is there to pick up which makes no sense since you’ve already paid or they put things for different orders that are also late.

I have not been the only person waiting long, I’m just surprised it hasn’t been dealt with already. This mayor issue has been going on for over a year, at least but the one in San Ysidro is much better. I’ve learned to not come back here.

Bunch of pre-teens and high schoolers cooking up dangerous food. Tastes like garbage and its expensive to boot. Some dude posted that he got raw food, and it's TRUE! I got the wrong order TWICE.

Worst Wingstop EVER!!! placed an order online and even waited a few min extra to go pick it up . We got there and my bf went in to ask about the order they said 5 min. 15 min went by. I decided to go in and check the table with online orders and our order was sitting there. I grabbed my order and one of the workers approached me and said give me your confirmation number and started acting as if I was taking someone else’s order. If I could rate this place a 0 I would
