Foods great just the service sucks, order in person expect minimum 30 minute wait. If you order online show up at least 20 minutes after it says, or you will be waiting a while.

Improve the online estimate order complete. It takes y’all 1 hour to process an order.

If you want to order just call or go in.
This is like the 5 time I’ve done an online order 30 mins prior and have to wait another 20 mins in person.

Service is friendly on the flip side

And how are you out of straws.

Orders are always backed up at this location. From my experience they always take over an hour to complete an order and almost two hours if you order through a delivery app.

It is a shame that I actually enjoy the food. If it weren’t for the food, I would never return here. I have not had one experience where they did not mess up my food where the order was not messed up. If you order in person, plan to wait at least 30 minutes - even if it is slow. There is never and I mean never ice in the soda machine. Sucks that the mango habanero has me in a choke hold.

The employees are always friendly and professional for the most part. The food/Service is lacking. My last order was missing the right dipping sauce, and quite a few deformed wings that I didn't even eat. I know they're not supposed to serve wings like this, but it keeps happening here.

Just walked in, FYI the prices and meals you see online are not offered in the store.

Neither flavor of wings had any flavor I could taste. Like zero, I believe they forgot the sauce. I see now on the receipt 1 was a dry rub I wouldn't put that under the sauce list.

So basically just way overpriced chicken nuggets aka boneless wings, when you dip a wing in ranch there should be some sauce leaft in it. There was a lot of oil in the bottom, dipped a fry in it and it was just oil and not a flavor sauce. Some wings were bite size and some were 2-3 bites. Very inconsistent when buy per the number of pieces and not a set weight. We did get 16 pieces, but many small ones were half the portion of others.

The fries were 90% soggy and floppy, and the rest were over cooked... So figure out the time you cooked each batch and average it out.

$30 for this combo? Not worth it at all. If the fries were properly cooked and the wings had flavor I'd might be inclined to try again.

Just zero flavor at all. The fries were seasoned though. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The floor was littered in bits of trash and food.

No ice in the coke machine. Mellow Yellow, Hi-C, and others were out.

What is the reason for so much advertising about the flavors and sauces?? I'm a white guy but certainly like some heat and flavor.

The paper towels are on a roll so set your bag down to rip it off!

No trash can in the dining area, and all orders are given in the thick paper bags, so people use the communal trash cans outside, even after they are already full?

This is, without a doubt, one of the worst Wingstops I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to a Wingstop in which you could regularly hear gunshots from outside. I have gotten subpar food, willfully horrible service, and outright incorrect orders. The staff will look customers in the eye, and then turn away and refuse to serve them, and don't get me started on the wait times for delivery services. I once walked from my place of work (very nearby) on my 30 minute lunch break, just to spend 10 minutes of said break standing at the counter while the attending employee refused to serve me.

Horrible staff, horrible service. The only saving grace for this place is that it's the only Wingstop within walking distance of my home, but once I get a car, I will start going to a different location. I sincerely hope management gets a massive turnaround or this location is replaced by a different business.

Holy hell, WingStop is always delicious, but most of the employees have to be stoned or something.

My order took half an hour past the time it said it would be done.

The place was filthy.

They handed me someone else's order when I walked in.

They were fixing the orders of two separate customers.

Multiple people in store waiting, and an older employee just hanging out on her phone the whole time.

I’ve been a regular customer from this Wingstop for many years, they used to be amazing, fast and well organized, but unfortunately under this new management, I can tell this is the WORST Wingstop ever, they usually make you wait for your order at least one hour, the restaurant it’s always super busy and there is only 2 or 3 employees, I understand is not their fault, I think this place needs a new general manager that can put this place in order, how it used to be before!
They usually have the soda machine broken or without ice, they definitely need to do something about it!

Time after time the app will say ready in 5-10min and even if I go 10 minutes late it's still not ready. When going for pick up they never have any manners about it being a late order. The soda machine never tastes good its a waste of money to buy a drink here. Puddles on the floor from spilled drinks and trash on the floor left unattended. Bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned and theres no paper towels. Customer service could be better here go to in n out or chick fil a and then come here. It's night and day difference.

Ordered online and no email confirmation was sent that it was ready to pick up. After arriving home its missing a full order and we called and they told us to come back. So yeah 6 miles away and they want us to come back. The staff here are rather incompetent and lacks professionalism. I will never ever come back to this place after i got robbed. Horrible service.pathetic

Food took an hour to get orderd online. Was waiting in establishment for about 35 min the cashier kept telling me one second but nothing was happening. Also the staff that prepared the food was washing their hands with gloves on and kept reusing even though they were touching the counter and other stuff and then touching food. The kitchen was very messy. (This was on 10-11-24) very disappointed.
