Bought a lemonade (bigger jug) and 2 meals of wings when I asked for 4 cups for the lemonade I had paid for they wanted to charge me $14. I was going to pay a reasonable price, but not $14 for cups to drink something I had already purchased. Not recommended poor quality.

This place has gone downhill big time. All the chicken is pre cooked. It tastes old, stale and cold. Took my food back and asked to remake it... Came back sooooo salty.. Pretty sure that was on purpose.

Worst wingstop in all of San Diego , myself being a Texas native i was raised up on wingstop. When the food is cooked fresh and everything is correct its great , when its not its just simply trash , like at this location , a bunch of kids working there that are completely rude , when i order my food i always have to go home and recook it , they are always blasting the music at night time throughout the restaurant as if its a club. I never leave reviews , but this establishment is so trash i have to , I cant wait to move back to Texas where they actually care about how they make the food. This isn't wingstop its “TRASH STOP” . 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

Ordered 2 combos of wings to pick up and they still managed to mess up my order missing one whole order of wings and fries when I got home and they had the audacity to tell me to go back to pick it up, they should have gotten my order right the first time. They even messed up the fries had too much seasoning it tasted like you were eating pure garlic couldn’t even taste the fries

The wings are either a hit or a miss. Can't say that I've gotten more good experiences than bad experiences however. A lot of the time that I've ordered food from this specific location, it'll easily be a 20-25 minute wait even after ordering ahead, just for the food to be hard, often under seasoned or under flavored, as well as receiving really small pieces of wings that a lot of the time are just unenjoyable to eat. The small pieces being the ones with a hard texture. I can say I've gotten a few good experiences here at this location, however it has been a while. I'd say out of 5 visits, I had 1 MAYBE 2 good experiences.

Food is amazing as always, food usually takes a while because it's a Hotspot full of delivery orders and pick ups. So eating in is no good if it's at a busy hour. Once stood at the counter for 15 minutes, no one said greeted me or said, "be there in a minute!" Went to the taco shop near by

Awful service, awful wait time. Took almost 2 hours to get food.
At this moment I been waiting for my food for more than 1hour, I understand its the superbowl but I put this order since yesterday 2/10/24 for it to be done today the 11th at 3:00 pm and it is 4:06 pm and I have not received my order and the workers I see are in the back on their phones joking around instead of working. It’s not fair, food is good but service is bad will not recommend for people to come only if they want to wait over an hour for there food.

Wings are barely seasoned. Uneven count when splitting between two flavors. Pieces are very small, deformed, or incomplete for ordering 10 original wings combos at almost $20. TV is extremely loud in dining room.
