This place is fire!! All the food here is AMAZING!! I haven’t had anything bad from here. Carlos is very helpful and gives great recommendations from the menu. This is a must go to food truck in San Diego ! They are known for their Birria, which is hands down best Birria I have had. Their consome is loaded as well! It’s a must pair with their Birria tacos ! From the looks of it, there’s a handful of people that actually eat from taco food trucks and like it, including the one I just ate at last week - Xolostacos. However, there’s just a lot of things I’m not quite understating about my “dining” experience at this taco truck. Whether it was out of hunger, convenience, supporting a small business, a trend, or maybe the name Xolos, the taco food truck seemed to be a favorable place to eat.
