Terrible Service and completely wrong order. Ordered drive thru 11/1/2024 at 10:30PM. Took about 15min in drive thru even though I was the only one in line, then they messed up the sides I asked for... Better to order food somewhere else.

I Went Tonight Through The Drive-Tru Ordered 1 XL Combo With Tokoy Fried Chicken & Gyudon Beef Undon Noodles, No Veggies. When I Got Home To Eat.To My Surprise The Tokyo Chicken Was Burned ?. I Was So Dissapointed & Called The Restaurant. The Person,That Answer The Phone Was The Same Person Who Helped Me At The Drive-Tru I Can Tell,Because Her Accent. I Told Her In Spanish, What Happened That My Tokyo Chicken Was Burned ? & She Had The Nerve To Tell Me That It Looks Burned, But To Taste It And Won't Taste Burn. Excuse Me Lady I Paid Almost $15 Dollars For This Combo Plate That Has Burned Chicken. Then She Tells Me If There Is Anything Else I Need?? Talk About Bad Customer Service. I'm Never Going Back To This Place.

I’ve been a Yoshinoya fan since the 1980’s when I was in college. This particular location is the only one near me and has been fine for the past 10 years.
I went to the drive through last week and sat at the speaker menu for 10 minutes before a guy asked for my order. I got halfway into it and he says “hold a sec” another 10 minutes go by and a woman gets on and say “be with you in a second”. Another 10 minutes passes and the original guy comes back on and takes my order. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I got in the drive through. If there wasn’t a car behind me i would have escaped.
I finally get to the window and the woman hands me a bag, I ask for the drink and she says I didn’t order one. I ask for the Gyoza and was told the same. Instead of blowing up at her I asked if everything was OK? She said people were missing and they were struggling.
I really like the food but I’ll never get this 35-40 minutes of my life back. Maybe in a few months I’ll try again. Based on recent reviews I see this is a trend though.
UPDATE: Their generic response is a big nothing burger. A generic "Were looking forward to hearing from you".
I already have been heard. Maybe it's time for an actual person to reply with the Company perspective (i.e. We were understaffed...we had to fire an employee etc...we don't care what you think etc.)

I gave it an overall 5 stars because it's my wife's favorite spot. Cheap date. Love her, she loves them, so I in turn kinda love em too now.

I went to Day to get my combo I come a lot. I was upset because the girl got my order wrong, but it happened so that was fine. I waited for almost 15 or 20 minutes twice the first time to get my order and then the second time to deal with the rude manager. He didn’t let me explain what was going on. He didn’t give me a discount because he messed up my order he didn’t even apologize. He blame me for the time are you kidding and the food was dry and awful never coming here again.
