I'm very disappointed about my recent visit to this location. I've been a customer for over 10 years and it's been progressively getting worse, but today was kinda the last straw. The price is a dozen is now 21.99 and the availability of donuts is limited. Yet again, there are no cinnamon rolls, chocolate cake donuts, or donut holes. There are also several donuts that used to be included in the dozen that are now excluded. The customer service is also very apathetic not really carrying about the customer experience. I'm super disappointed and will not return. Time to find another weekly donut spot.

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, I received a frantic call from my wife. Her crew ran out of donuts for our church fundraiser. I went to Tum Yum Donuts on Telegraph Canyon Rd., just off the I-805. The young man and young lady at the front counter took good care of me. I bought three dozen boxes of mixed donuts. My wife’s team sold it all within 20 minutes after the 9am mass and exceeded her team’s fundraising goal by 350%! Thank you, Yum Yum Donuts team in Chula Vista!

I went here last week after my lab appointment. They are fast and in less than 10 min they got me my donuts and coffee. In fairness, I like the Coffee latte cheaper $2.69 small and it did not make my stomach hurt. The servers were, John, Kevin, Claudia and the person making the donuts is Isaac. Better value and better products and service than Starbucks, no offense. They are also open early and close late. They have sandwiches and bagels but I didn't have much time so donuts and coffee was good enough for me that Friday, September 26 around 8:00am.

Stockton because it was too late to go to Einstein's Bagel so I went to Yum Yum Donuts and they had a sesame seed and plain Bagels that were very delicious plus I bought a half a dozen of donuts. The Donut Shop is nice and clean and all the cashiers are very cheerful and nice

So they advertise 24 hrs, awesome but what's not awesome is they don't have any damn donuts. I walk in at 10:30pm to buy a dozen donuts and what do I see (or don't see)? I see tray after tray of nothing -empty. I ask what happened and the lady says it's Sunday and it's late. Really? You say you're open 24 hrs 7 days a week what does it matter that is Sunday or that it's 10:30pm that's what open 24/7 means. You are supposed to be stocked with the product you peddle.
This place is lazy and sucks.
