Didn't eat inside, so that isn't reflected in my one star. The soggy, nasty burgers that were not just old, but made wrong. The chili cheese fries had some sort of black, old chili from who knows how long ago slapped on top, box, sides. It was a horrible meal ..even the root beer tasted funny

A&W has become disappointing, nothing like the nostalgia. My housemate wanted this for her birthday, but we regretted it. The Coney Dog was missing cheese, but it wasn't worth fighting over.I did like the onion rings, they were hot and fresh, and the root beer is nice (as I would hope), but the burgers are just bleh.Unlikely to return.Parking: Lots of parking, also next to a strip mall.

Chicken was a little bit old and dried out this time but usually very juicy. They forgot the sauce I paid for but that really all that was eh. Other than that solid, delicious. The honey bbq wrap is definitely a must have! Just wish I could get lettuce and tomato options for the chicken sandwiches.

Drive thru broken. No change for the cash draw. Bisquet needed to be cooked for 12 minutes wait.
We ordered at the drive through the fish n chips which were delicious and the batter was a little crunchy, the way I like it. The fish, however, needed salt (and this is coming from someone who doesn't use a lot of salt in my food). And lets talk about those battered fries. You might want to order (2) because they are out of this world amazing. They were hot, just the right amount of crunch and seasoning. All around, the food was pleasantly delicious. We paid just under $25 for the two orders of (3 pieces) fish and chips (fries) with no drink. The portions are small for what you buy but the food tastes good.Parking: There are other businesses but there is plenty of parking.

So I went in to this particular A&W/KFC to pick up an order. The order was not a large size, only a couple of items. What was infuriating about this staff, was lack of urgency. I was literally waiting for 30+ minutes and I wish it was an exaggeration. To a point I understand as I have worked fast food before, it’s hectic. But it was not busy at all. Im not expecting A+ service because Working fast food jobs can be stressful almost everyday. But please pick up the timing. Also, because it was so bad, I decided to post the picture of the person wearing Crocs. I don’t care how cool you think you are, but Crocs at a place where you deal with grease daily, when you fall, you are taking out the person next to you because those aren’t non slip.

I have been here twice in the past month and both times they have NOT had the regular root beer!!! Only diet root beer was available. I have been craving a good root beer float lately so the root beer is the main reason for going there. Really disappointing to say the least!!!!
