Im normally not the type to leave reviews but i just witnessed an employee give a customer massive attitude because they got his order wrong. They gave him the wrong flavor milkshake and he went back in to let them know and the employee was throwing stuff and making it known she was upset and was making the customer feel bad and he even apologized for them having to remake it and the employee straight ignored his apology. He shouldnt of even had to apologize in the first place. A large shake is pricey and he needs to get what he paid for.

I ordered a milkshake today 4/5 and it was super watery! There was very little ice cream in them. Ice cream amazing but milkshakes stay away from!

We ordered 2 double scoop sundaes last night. The size of the scoops of ice cream was seriously insulting. Smaller than a kids scoop, even. I've been here many times before, and they were always perfect. Very disappointed ):

Ice cream is good. Service is fine but not great. Hours are not accurate. Atmosphere is dead - the employees aren't happy to be there, there's no energy to the place, and customers are happy to get their ice cream and leave. Most importantly, though, their hours are not accurate. They close at 9PM most days. There are no posted hours for the ice cream shop, but it shares a building with the sandwich shop, whose posted hours indicate closing at 9:00 every day except Saturday.

Came here to buy a small cake. Two girls working were awkward and lacked basic people skills. Didn't even ask me if I wanted anything written on the cake. After waiting for her to finish, her coworker came out and held the box sideways and asked me if this was mine. As if I could see through the box.
Food was fine but the service here isn't that great. They employ jaded lazy teenagers.

Had to wait for the 2 staff to end their personal conversation before 1 would help me and bcuz the flavor of the month wasn't scooping well for her she only gave me half scoop and I ordered 2 scoop sundae the other scoop of love potion was a bit more poor customer service
