This review is way overdue. Pinky, the owner was the best. She made an ice cream cake for my son's 12th year around the sun when they were out of one that he wanted, which was mint and chip. She went above and beyond. I am writing this review some 6 years later. Better late than never. THANK YOU PINKY♥️♥️
Ice cream is good. Service is fine but not great. Hours are not accurate. Atmosphere is dead - the employees aren't happy to be there, there's no energy to the place, and customers are happy to get their ice cream and leave. Most importantly, though, their hours are not accurate. They close at 9PM most days. There are no posted hours for the ice cream shop, but it shares a building with the sandwich shop, whose posted hours indicate closing at 9:00 every day except Saturday.
I ordered thru door dash. My server was Jacqueline,very accommodating & pleasant when I called to ask them to add whipp cream on my Mocha Blast. I wish the special instractions part works so I can just type my " add whipp cream". Not have to call all the time. Or they can add + whipped cream to the options. I don't mind paying extra if I had to.
