3 years Later and this terrible restraunt is finally closed. I tried it two more times and it was no better than this original review from three years ago:Took my wife out for dinner. Waited to be seated, waited to be greeted, waited for drinks, waited for a server to check on our food. Salad came out with pizza and salad was warmer than the pizza, waited for manager, waited for new salad, waited for refills, waited for check, waited for receipt. Could not wait to leave. Will wait another year before trying again.

I know its a chain and all, but I expected better. Staff was nice, the bottom of the pizza was crispy but other than that it's like a Dennys and a BJs had a baby and the baby is much more like Dennys...you get my feel?

WORST experience EVER!! Came for a 49ers “watch party” and they couldn’t even have the game up. We waited over 40 mins for my beer, our food never arrived. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

First time going to this place today and it was amazing! The MVB burger was delicious and the preztel bites with the queso was scrumptious. I will be going back there again.Vegetarian options: They do have a beyond burger which is plant based.

Had a morning 49er event and they did have the game, service was awful, not prepared for large crowds, do not
Went in for a 49ers event and it was the worst experience hands down. They did not have the game playing and when they did they didn’t have the actual full screen game. They instead had the game pass 4 screen showing 4 different games on tiny screens. Service was horrible. Waited over an hour for drinks and almost 2 hours in we still did not get food. I would understand if they were understaffed but they had so much staff it was frustrating to sit there watching and waiting. I saw a Lead or manager named Stanley just following a server around doing nothing other than chase this poor server around when there was at least 4 tables that got there at opening and 2 hours in still had no food . Would highly NOT recommend.

to be honest this pizza was horrible 4.8/10 i ordered a thin crust margarita pizza and it looked fresh out of the microwave it had no undercarriage it was a floppy mess the basil looked like it was left on the counter for 3 days completely dried out the cheese was reminiscent of play doh just a chewy mess the crust was the worst of all i would have rather had a potato chip as a crust worst of all it took 20 minutes for an 8 inch personal pizza that was beyond bad will not be returning.

Love the atmosphere and the versatility of this Bar and Grill. The menu has Italian, American and Mexican food options. You have the luxury of watching sports as you eat,Very clean, the staff are amazing. I can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this new place out. The food was good but that’s about as good as it gets. The service was terrible and the employee was cussing and complaining to the manager on duty about her life while we were waiting for service to get some boxes and the bill. Idk I’m a server myself but that stuff should be in private not aired out around customers.
