30min wait for take out and the site doesn’t let me check out 👎🏾

This place is a trip I almost come everyday mainly on happy hour i ordered 1 beer and an order of mozzarella sticks I didn’t get know napkins dude barely check on me. Anyone knows when you’re in the food service industry and you order food you should get napkins !!

This is crazy it wasn’t even busy…I know a lot of you people like to talk with all the rumors and all. Marisa definitely redeemed herself Macie getting better JC/casey are you best ones Naomi real good as well I think you people think I come in for problems because of that whole Britten think and i normally sit away from the bar just to avoid issues with him. I normally tip your workers $20-$25 Britten got $47 tip on a $14 bill do the math. Yeah I’m not happy the way I’m treated in your establishment.

Worst service I’ve ever had!
We sat at our table for 20 minutes before the server even came by to take our drink and appetizer order. It took another 20 minutes just to get a beer and a “strawberry lemonade” that came straight from the fountain—no lemon, no strawberries.

After waiting another 40 minutes for the loaded hash browns appetizer, I finally went to the to-go counter to place the rest of my order for takeout. The hostess was the only helpful person he took my order and even made sure I got the correct strawberry lemonade to go.

When my food finally came out, the server asked if I wanted her to “keep an eye out” for my to-go order, which made no sense since I had to place it myself. I even went to the bar to ask for a manager, but nothing was done to fix the situation.

To top it off, when I left, I still didn’t get my second drink a Pepsi I had ordered to go. The manager’s only comment was that she wished all his employees worked as hard as the hostess. That says it all. I’ll never be coming back here again.

I would have gotten way better service & bang for my buck if I would’ve just went to In-N-Out Burger to spend $50 on 2 drinks, burgers and fries that I just ended up throwing away when I got home!!

Amazing wings! Lauren our server was super kind & accommodating to our big family dinner. Initially it was not entirely enjoyable because they called another party before us.. but Lauren saved us by getting us in promptly before the weekend rush this past weekend. Highly recommend the food & request that you request Lauren!

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints. Good service, good food and just about every sport you could want to see.

Probably worst service I’ve had. Food came in late. I ordered a Caesar salad with the sauce on the side. Waiter and manager came to tell me that they could remake my salad but after they served me the wrong order. Waited for refills all night, but got none.our dessert came at the same time as our entrees when we asked beforehand if it would come out later and the waiter said it would come after we’re done eating. My Caesar salad also came in after my entree. Now how do you explain eating your entrees and your dessert at the same time while waiting for your salad that comes and is the wrong order.
Our waitress did not check on us even once but checked up on every other table.
Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for making letting us spend our money for bad service.
