Buffalo Wild Wings

i got takeout at this location after the folsom one (closer to my house) messed up my order enough times and been delayed so much. same thing happened here! i’m shocked. i requested specific sauces on the app in the bundle, for it to be different sauces. i came here to get the same treatment. how am i supposed to not see the entirety of buffalo wild wings associated with poor service like this ? don’t want money or a gift card. only compensation i ask for is to be heard. :( 0/10 review

Went here for over 7 years and never gone back since Dean the bartender gave away my seat twice in the same night on a UFC PPV night I called up Management and they didn't offer any compensation or anything so I go the Redhawk to watch the fights any spent my money there instead

Came in at 1:55 p.m., and was told that the dine in sitting was closed.Only the bar section was open till 4 pm, due to it being lunch time. The seats are very uncomfortable compared to the booths and they weren't willing to accommodate at all.

We absolutely LOVE the Citrus Heights BWW location! It’s our go-to spot for a fun night out. The beer is always ice-cold, which is exactly what you want while watching a game or just unwinding. The service at the bar is top-notch—friendly, fast, and always on point. You can tell the staff really care about making sure you’re having a good time. Special shot out to the daytime staff as well!

And let’s talk about the food—it’s consistently fresh and flavorful. Whether it’s wings, burgers, or appetizers, everything comes out hot and delicious. It’s rare to find a place that hits all the marks, but this location does it every time. Highly recommend for great vibes, great service, and a solid menu!

The only thing gluten free was a garden salad, no croutons, however the dirt in it is free. I brought a whole graduation party there, paid and left hungry and with the taste of unwashed salad. I wish the allergens were better accessible. I wouldn't have paid for a big party to eat dirty lettuce. Waitress was nice

Me, my husband and son came for dinner. Had the best service and it’s unfortunate I don’t have her name but she was on it! She was upselling like crazy and we got everything she suggested. The new cheesesteak sandwich was amazing and the beer cheese sauce also. We don’t eat out often but if we do we will definitely be back at this specific location.

The staff is top notch! Naomi is the best 🏆. I’m so glad I stopped in for a quick beer, otherwise, I would’ve not discovered what a great place this is. I’m vegetarian so I’ve never been here before. Not a lot of food options for me but what they offer is good enough to bring me back.

I recently placed an order for takeout through the app from this location. The app said my food would be ready at 8:30 PM so I arrived around then, but my food was not ready until 9 PM. I had to sit and wait in the store until my order was ready. I am a pretty patient person and can understand waiting 5 to 10 minutes while they finish up my order, but 30 minutes is unacceptable. When I got home and unpacked my food, it was obvious that the fries had been sitting out the whole time while they finished making my wings. They were cold and soggy, and I was extremely disappointed. This experience makes me not want to return to this location.
