I rarely go here and if I do it's for a quick breakfast. They now don't want yu waiting for your food at the window and ask you to drive to a waiting area and they will bring your food to you even if no one is behind you. This is so they can keep their guest times down. I think this is stupid and of course my opinion. If there is a next time I'm going to wait for my food right by the window. Hee hee

This has happened to me the last few times I've gone to this location where they tell us to park out front the food is being made. Today I waited in the parking lot for over 15mins. They were sending everyone in the drive thru there. Six other cars waiting for food. The worker said it was just her and a cook. I don't blame the employee but this is ridiculous it's called fast food for a reason. Also how the heck do they expect this employee to take a lunch?! If there was a manager there they needed to be on the floor. This location is struggling and I hope the higher ups see this. I will not be back to this location as it doesn't seem to be getting any better

The general manager needs to get it together here the soda machine in the lobby is broken the air conditioning is broken the food wasn’t very good no napkins barley any ice the employees are trying there best but management of this place is terrible

Today was my first visit to this Burger King. I ordered two tacos in the drive thru. Very tasty, you can tell the oil was fresh, not overly messy .
My only issue was is they asked me to pull to the front of the store. Saying they are making the tacos fresh. I pulled to the front of the store thinking another customer was in the drive thru and would be able to get their order done fast. This was not the case. I went inside to get my tacos. I asked the server why did you ask me to pull to the front if no one was behind me? He told me the manager doesn't like to see the speed of service in the red.
From my experience in Fast food. The manager is trying to get a bonus for drive thru service time. They are just manipulating the service time.

Food was okay, but the drink only tasted like carbonated or distilled water and I've gone there three times to try it and everytime it's the same crap. When I asked them if they changed the machine or something they got rude and started to tell me to get out

Ivan is the nicest dude working the register. he was non stop moving and providing excellent experience with a smile and kind behavior. will come back again! the staff here is all types of awesome!

Ridiculous job performance. In the month of March alone I ordered from this location 5 times for pickup, all 5 times I requested NO onions for a family member who is allergic and all 5 times they put onions on the whoppers, I literally have to order chicken just so she can eat something when we order from here because she cannot ever get a burger with no onions, filed a complaint with corporate 1 of these times and they forwarded me to legal because she was allergic, we of course didn't follow up because it's too much of a hassle, but if you order no onions on the app for pickup it will come with onions I guarantee it or maybe they just target our online orders I don't know, but seriously a prime example of what happens when your workers just don't care about anything & keep in mind it's not because they're not getting paid enough, remember they make more per hour then some home healthcare workers and that's a FACT!

Got delivery, asked for no onions, they put on one burger, also. No Ketchup was included. The bag was not properly sealed. This was the Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights,Ca store! :(

Not sure why they close 30 mins early the cook had no idea why they were closing early but according to the supervisor they “ran out of food”. Hard to believe they ran out of every single item on the menu without the cook knowing. The drive thru closes at 11pm, but the workers shifts don’t. They shouldn’t be closing the kitchen down until 11. Not 1035, not 1045 and not 1050… this is the 4th time in 2 months, this is just the first time I asked why.

Not sure why anyone would says Texas whopper. I was in drive thru tonight and the lady taking order didn't even know what I was asking for. And go figure there is a flag out front advertising it. Hire folks with a little intelligence.
