The staff was very friendly and someone greeted me right away. The wait for my food was not long and the food was nice and hot. The homeless people hanging around outside the front doors makes walking inside pretty unpleasant.

They happen to be my favorite fast food burger. However they're just like every other fast food joint. Nothing special. Typical service. Very seldom do I get a thank you. But why would I expect polite curtesy in 2024. That quality has gone out the window. When I worked in customer service, the last thing I would say to a customer was, "Thank you very much. Have a nice day." If I didn't, my manager would chew me out. Now, the managers are just as bad as the workers.

Best Customer Service! The crew are very nice, fun, and respectful. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms are very, clean. I was next door at Valeros. Bathroom closed at 7:30pm! Bought a large drink! Here. I was going to get it at Valero. Never stopping there again! Or for gas. Pure lazy crew.
