Sat 20mins waiting for our food. Started see people come and go with theirs. Went up to the counter and asked how long for our food. Employee said (just a minute and run to the back and started making it) came out with our food and just hand it to me. Didn't say anything, no I'm sorry, no here's your food. Nothing. Will not be going to this location.

They closed while I was in the drive thru at 11:51pm. The open sign was on and all the lights were on. Pulled up to window, then they shut all the lights off.

This place is trying it's hardest to hemorrhage it's customers. The interior and exterior are dated and unmaintained. The woman at the drive thru acted like I was bothering her and she had better things to do. The burger I ordered was half made, missing all of the accoutrements. Somehow the shake I ordered was half melted as soon as I received it.
I don't get it. For damn near $20 this is sad. I can spend the same amount at a sit down restaurant and get much more bang for my buck. I've given this location so many chances and they are only getting worse and worse. There used to be a skinny girl that worked there that was always pleasant but I haven't seen her in a while. Maybe the service left when she did.
Good thing there are dozens of food choices within a square mile of this location. Might be time to close this location down.

Was explicit about no meat for medical reason and they still added a ton of bacon to the item we expressed needed to be meat free. Guacamole fries. They refuse to answer the phone to rectify this issue. I heard the woman up front say multiple times to the person in the back "no meat. No bacon" What a waste of money and overall just a very unpleasant encounter. Edit: I have already called and left my information, you just haven't reached out.

Ordered food at the drive thru. Ordered two large combos and when I got home the fries were only half full. Why pay for a large if I’m only getting mediums worth.? On top of that what I did get was soggy and undercooked. Definitely going to check the bag before I leave next time. If there is a next time

Good food, not terribly cheap, but not terribly expensive. Western bacon Cheeseburger is a classic, but the western fries are disappointing to say the least. Guacamole fries also lack innovation imo. Biscuits and gravy were pretty fire if I remember, but only if you like biscuits and gravy.

Stopped in to get a burger and fries. Asked for my fries well done and got soggy cold fries. Also the bathroom was disgusting.
Food was great. I had the Famous Star combo. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom and service was much better than I am used to in fast food
