Rolling up to the drive through and hearing an AI voice was the first clue this was going to be awful. First it couldn't successfully take our order at all (didn't ask what drink for the kids meals, kept repeating things and getting hung up, on top of already being RIDICULOUSLY slow) so we decided to just order online and had to circle around just to put that order through. Then for some reason they thought we had a burrito in our order when we didn't (probably another issue with the AI). Finally got our order and left. Drinks were okay- a little light on flavor. The food is great.
The moral of the story is that the HUMAN WORKERS are great. The AI is so awful that we won't be coming back unless it's removed.

I've reliably gotten good tasting food at this Carl's. The staff is not necessarily friendly, but is mostly indifferent to the customers. They are quick and pretty accurate in my opinion. The restaurant is in dismissal condition though. The drive through menu board is broken and laying disassembled next to the building.

My family ordered 2 combo Meals with medium fries with no salt. When we got home, the fries were brown and it looked like they recooked the french fries. I'll never go to this particular carl's juniors again what a disappointment

Employee said (just a minute and run to the back and started making it) came out with our food and just hand it to me. Didn't say anything, no I'm sorry, no here's your food. Nothing. This place is trying it's hardest to hemorrhage it's customers. The interior and exterior are dated and unmaintained. The woman at the drive thru acted like I was bothering her and she had better things to do. The burger I ordered was half made, missing all of the accoutrements. Somehow the shake I ordered was half melted as soon as I received it.
I don't get it. For damn near $20 this is sad. I can spend the same amount at a sit down restaurant and get much more bang for my buck. I've given this location so many chances and they are only getting worse and worse. There used to be a skinny girl that worked there that was always pleasant but I haven't seen her in a while. Maybe the service left when she did.
Good thing there are dozens of food choices within a square mile of this location. Might be time to close this location down.
