⭐☆☆☆☆ I usually enjoy Aldiberto’s, but this time was really disappointing. I ordered through DoorDash, and the menu only gave me the options of chicken, beef, or veggie — I wanted carnitas. I paid $23 for this plate and ended up with shredded beef and bell peppers, which wasn’t what I wanted at all. When I called, the person I spoke to said they couldn’t make an accommodation because they couldn’t upcharge me — even though I’m a regular customer and already paying a premium for the meal. At that point, I was frustrated. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I ordered, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. I won’t be DoorDashing from here again. I honestly think it's this location. I would say go to Taco Express instead....all the doordash comments show they are lazy but we are being upcharged.

First time going my burrito had egg shells in it. I decided to give it a Second chance and the next time my #24 had a hair In it. I called them and she didn't like what she was hearing and she hung up the phone. They did not answer the remainder of the day. Horrible customer service and zero remorse for what they served me. Do better!!!

Terrible guacamole quesodilla at 11:30pm. Ordered from doordash, barely any guacamole and incredibly thin amounts of cheese. The tortilla was cooked enough so the cheese would melt by had absolutely no crunch or char. Terrible location.
I will be ordering from another in perpetuity.

I asked for the breakfast plate it’s on the menu they hand me a burrito I told the cashier I ordered the plate and the cashier told me they don’t serve a breakfast plate I told him I know you do I see it on the menu he got the manager and the manager says “you said breakfast burrito” like ight bro glad I tipped to receive the wrong order and for you to tell me first that it doesn’t exist and second that I said the wrong thing just tell me you won’t replace it and charge me for the food I actually wanted won’t be going there again. :(
