Was going to go here for the first tine. Saw it while drive by. Parked walked up. Open sign was on, opened the door and was met by a lady that was very rude and unfriendly. Lady said we're CLOSED!!! We closed at 1:00!. Very rudely and with attitude. I said we'll the open light is on. And she just replied with well it hasn't been turned off yet. So we turned around and went back to the car. Get in the car pull my phone out and its exactly 1:00. We will NEVER go there now. I can understand not wanting customers a couple minutes before closing. But to be rude like that was completely uncalled for.

The food here is excellent. Large portions. We used to go there quite often always noticing that the owner Charlie would always look mad. Never smiling or welcoming to her customers. Our last time there will be our last time going there. As I was ordering my toast on the side, I must of ordered it the wrong way according to her because she snapped at me!! My husband and I just looked at eachother in disbelief . Like did that just happen? Needless to say we will not be returning. The other wait staff there is wonderful and very helpful. Carlie needs to care about her customers more.

My family and I have been customers of Charlie's Restaurant for over 20 years. Perfect environment to meet my family and also enjoy a great breakfast. In my opinion, they have mastered having excellent food, having excellent customer service as well as a comforting home like feeling with the best waitresses. The staff is so friendly and almost feels like a distant family. The Waitresses are amazing and funny and always treat us kindly. I most definitely give them a five star, they are ingrained into my family and I have so many memories there with them.
Chill music, comfortable seating, and really nice energy. I could sit here for hours.

It's been years! I moved to Wyoming years ago. I miss this restaurant for so many reasons. My son grew up eating here. Charlie had a very special place in our hearts. The food was chefs kiss! We always had the chicken fried steak and eggs, over medium, with hash browns and sour dough toast. My son was in 1st grade when he started ordering the same as me. Prior he would always eat what I didn't finish. He loved the food. We were regulars there, and no matter the day, hour or amount of people ... Charlie always came by to say Hi! That... that was the best part of the entire meal. SHE was the best, and she always cared for her guest and her employees. Thanks Charlie for all the memories! Xo

Food's not bad, medicore at best though, the MAGA paraphernalia is a deal breaker. Way better breakfast spots without the Orange Messiah's stupid face spoiling the atmosphere.
