Ordered a bowl and chips for delivery and was charged for both but never got the chips. By the time the bowl arrived it was stone, very little steak, and barely filled the bottom of the container. I think I spent about $30 in total. Bad in all aspects

Dine in tonight here with my husband. Chitpole is giving a small portion of meats again and again and again!!! So disappointing!!! A year ago you were on the KCRA news for this issue and you’re still doing the same thing again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We pay a lot and you give less meats which is NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE worst customer service. Extremely slow, stops making your order to walk to the back to talk to whoever. Not well trained. Very understaffed, especially at lunch time. If you order for pick up, be prepared to wait well past your selected pick up time.

Ate from this location on Saturday. I immediately started feeling weird. At night I got a fever, felt fatigued, had a headache. By the next day, I woke up with cramps and diarrhea. It's now Wednesday and I'm still not back to normal. I'm not sure what their doing here but my goodness, it must be unsanitary or something behind the scenes. All my symptoms are consistent with salmonella poisoning :[
Yall need to step it up.

The food here is generally decent, though occasionally the meat can be tough, overly fatty, or gristly. My main frustration with this location is the consistently long wait times for pickup orders and the frequent mistakes with our orders. Items like vinaigrette for salads, guacamole, or double meat—things we’ve paid for and that are clearly listed—are often missing. Despite the app estimating a 15–20 minute wait, we regularly end up waiting over 30 minutes.

We rarely experience these kinds of issues at other Chipotle locations, but unfortunately, this Citrus Heights branch has been consistently disappointing.

The works were laughing at me and my friend and talking bad abt us in not a quite voice they thought we didn’t understand English 🙁 and bs of that they gave us small portions, when I asked them for a little more she rudely said it’s gonna be extra even tho there was barely any food on the plate😔😔😔 but the food tasted pretty nice tbh

Portions could be fuller but the food is good and satisfied my hunger for an above average time. Staff are of regular fast food expectations. The seating areas are pretty cool and paste. Good lunch or quick dinner option.
