Have been coming here since my children was growing up. Remodel of the interior makes it really roomy. Upgraded video games to smart card system makes it more enjoyable for the kids. Great for birthday parties indoors.

The atmosphere was great for kids. It's a Great place for kids under 7 years old.
Check in/out was very smooth and I was at ease knowing that a staff member would be by the door making sure my child doesn't wonder out alone or with a stranger. Nice security checks.
The tables stayed dirty for the entire 2 hours we were there. I never saw the staff wipe off any of the tables.
The salad bar has no lettuce.
The soda machine has no ice.
The employees were very friendly but understaffed.
I did not venture into the bathrooms because I knew they had to be a disaster but like I said I don't know because I never went inside them. The pizza was a lot better than the last time I was here.
All that being said my daughter loved the trampoline and ninja run, the games only kept her entertained for about an hour then she asked to leave.
if everything was working and if they were staffed appropriately this would be a very nice place to bring your younger children. I'll bring my daughter back again. It wasn't horrible just a little dirty and the ice maker was broken. Salad bar was stocked promptly after I said something to the employees. Someone was working on the soda machine but the ice maker wasn't repaired in the 2 hours I was there.
Anyway thanks for giving my daughter a good experience. I was happy except for these few things.

Kids have a great time here. Wish they had more affordable options for both food and game / play time. The new obstacle course play area area is really cool but pretty expensive. The venue was clean and staff helpful on our visit

Pros: place upgraded. Bathroom clean.
Cons: 25% of the games do not work after you scan them. Which is frustrating. They are very often short staffed with long lines. Food is expensive.

The pizza was yummy but very crowded. Slow at counter to order and wait time was a little li g. Prices are a bit high.

Great updates to this location. They now have a trampoline pad inside. New games as well. No more creepy anamatronics.

We had our son's 5th birthday party here earlier today. Our party host Abril was phenomenal. She was quick with our food orders, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything else and took extraordinary compassionate to the fact that our son had autism. The food was great and our guests had a great time. Definitely will book another birthday party here again in the future!

A place for some children
( also I am a big fan of Animictronics)
It's wasn't busy when I went but still had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come up front. Bought a bouncer wristband for my son, 2 minutes after he was jumping the man told me he was closing it down for the night. It was 8pm, they close at 10pm. Tried to get a refund on the wristband but NO ONE would come up to the registers. They were all in the back, talking and laughing with each other instead of working. So frustrating.

I been to many Chuck E. Cheeses and most of them are starting to be run down, under managed, and poor quality overall as well. This one seem to be very good in all areas, love the stuff crust option for their pizzas now.

Chuck E. Cheese is so much nicer than when I was a kid! We had my son’s 7th birthday here and he loved it. The pizza is much improved from my memory and both the kids and adults chowed down. Honestly felt like it was a good deal for the unlimited game play and it was the easiest birthday party I’ve hosted for him. He loved the games of course, and the ticket blaster was a huge plus.
Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was delicious and my vegetarian friends were so happy we had options for them other than cheese.
Dietary restrictions: I was pleasantly surprised they had GF options!
Kid-friendliness: All the kids had a blast!
