My 3 year old kid was trying to get in the playground with the wearing the special sucks and the general manager (Luis Luna) pulled my kid from his arm and told him no no no, that’s definitely not the right way to treat anyone specially a 3 year old kid that doesn’t understand that he needs to wear a special bracelet or special Socks in order to play in that area, I will escalate this situation for sure

Our favorite location. The staff is polite, welcoming, kind, and the place is very clean. The salad bar is always clean, full, and fresh. The staff are attentive. The food is hot, fresh to order, and delicious. Lots of parking. They have great deals right now for summer.

Ordered one medium pizza after waiting about 25 minutes, went to check on my order, and peeked into the kitchen no one was in there. They said they had orders lined up before mine, so why was no one in the kitchen preparing any food????

I bring my children here often mostly for a few of the games. This location was rude to me upon exiting. “Have a nice day” the lady at the counter said. I waved good bye. She said loud and clear to my back as I got further “yeah you too”.
I’m sure she had a long day but lord that horrible customer service; I’ll be back for the games per usual though hoping there’s less remarks from staff.
Always a treat to be here. We go once a week the only thing I wish is they had better selection on the salad bar items as they had just a few months ago

Do not like the card swipe option over tokens. I get the change but it's also a scam. Kids just keep tapping and the credits dissappear in seconds. Otherwise it was a fun party and the service was friendly. Pizza was actually good too. Party prices are also reasonable

Food wasn't bad it was actually pretty good but the service to get the food took quite awhile. The kids had plenty of things to do and for those who drink they served beer for the adults and. There was something for the adults and children to be entertained with all the arcade games they had.

You know what to expect. Happy to see the animatronics are gone and there a bright paint scheme. Staff was friendly and place was clean enough. The trampoline and climbing area are extra cost but glad they have the option. Party area hosted a few parties and they handled the groups well.
