We came for a birthday party at 10 AM and had a great time overall. The atmosphere was fun, the games all worked, and the play area was clean. We ended up staying until about 1:30 PM because the kids were having such a blast.
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the condition of the women’s restroom. One of the stalls had flooded, and although cones were placed, the water was never actually cleaned up. It was spilling into other stalls and even by the sinks. My husband let a staff member know around 11 AM, but nothing was done. When we left at 1:30 PM, it was still flooded. My daughter and I had to step through the water just to wash our hands, which was disappointing—especially with so many kids and parties coming through.
Overall, we really enjoyed the visit, but the lack of attention to that bathroom issue kept it from being a 5-star experience.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fantastic place for kids to have fun! it a go-to spot for family time. My kids absolutely love going there—it’s always a highlight for them. We signed up for the Gold Membership, and it’s been a great value. It’s a smart option for families who go often. We’ve had a great experience and definitely recommend it for anyone with young kids.

Best chuck e cheese in the sacramento area! The staff is friendly and super helpful, they ALWAYS check the handstamps on the way out the door, and the layout is simple but clearly visible from most booths. Oh and the food is great! The pizza is delicious, the salad bar is cold and crisp and well stocked, the wings are fresh and saucy and the soda bar is kept pretty clean considering how many kids use it!
