It was deliciously cold. The mixed in choices are good. Nice to see an almond milk selection. Service was friendly even with a long line.

“Closed for thanksgiving” is the sign I saw when I drove 7 miles to get ice cream from here. Hours on the cold stone website and google + Apple Maps said they close at 9:30. What a waste of my time.

We went to the Cold Stones in Birdcages few days ago. It was our go to store. We went in to redeem a birthday offer and use another offer. They were on 2 different phone #'s. We were not asked about putting a lid on the birthday on. I then proceeded to order 2 more on the second order. He said you can't do that. I said why as they are 2 different phone numbers and paid for by 2 different people. He did finally do it. The cups weren't full and also asked for 2 sugar cones. The cones were broken and I was charged for them (I knew there was a charge, but to give broken ones made me mad. He was there tonight when we went in again today. We walked out after I said we didn't want him helping us because of the encounter a few days before. He asked why. I explained, and he agreed that it wasn't okay. I said I would wait until someone else would be in. After we left we decided that we would go out of the way to a different location (Roseville) The treatment was much better and the cups were full like they usually have been before.

Not the same since Murali sold it. The new people don't mix well nor know the menu. Customers had to correct the server on what ice cream to use for a signature mix icecream.

I took my kids out to Coldstone on Sunrise blvd. I never thought getting ice cream would be such a bad decision!! The service was terrible! The girl at the counter has zero customer service skills. No greeting or smile. She looked angry like she didn't want to be there. The ice cream was disgusting. It tasted like it was made out of powder, and the cones were stale. My kids and I were so upset and disappointed. What a waste of my money! I would never recommend Coldstone, nor would I ever buy ice cream from there again!!

The 3 people working on 6/29 seemed so miserable. My bf & I went un to pick up our order. Two ppl in front. We stand there for a while after we realize the pick up orders are behind the counter. The two up front, 1 was making a cake that other looked like he was making an order. Cool no problem. However we get not acknowledgement no "we'll be with you" no "hello" nothing. That's fine again. After waiting a bit longer another employee cones from the back. Looks me dead in my face & ALSO DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE US. Like okay. We wait a but li ger before I say something. We finally get our order. Still bo acknowledgement that we were waiting for a while.

Honestly I get it working Saturday evening sucks. So I don't expect any customer service working to be bouncing off the walls excited to see customer. But in a case where we have to interact at the minimum acknowledge your customers. If you hate your job or are having a bad day whatever get us out of there. Then be mad without any customers there cause we didnt do anything to you.

It's the closet one to us but it really turned me off to the whole company. Weirdos.

& yes we pre tipped. So that was not the issue. Watch the cameras we were there at 6:50pm.
