Loved the ice cream in overall usa
Clean, inviting atmosphere, great customer service from Jacob. Thank you for being very patient with our family. They had a line waiting and I never felt rushed, he was very polite and informative. Great first time experience.

It was deliciously cold. The mixed in choices are good. Nice to see an almond milk selection. Service was friendly even with a long line.

“Closed for thanksgiving” is the sign I saw when I drove 7 miles to get ice cream from here. Hours on the cold stone website and google + Apple Maps said they close at 9:30. What a waste of my time.

We went to the Cold Stones in Birdcages few days ago. It was our go to store. We went in to redeem a birthday offer and use another offer. They were on 2 different phone #'s. We were not asked about putting a lid on the birthday on. I then proceeded to order 2 more on the second order. He said you can't do that. I said why as they are 2 different phone numbers and paid for by 2 different people. He did finally do it. The cups weren't full and also asked for 2 sugar cones. The cones were broken and I was charged for them (I knew there was a charge, but to give broken ones made me mad. He was there tonight when we went in again today. We walked out after I said we didn't want him helping us because of the encounter a few days before. He asked why. I explained, and he agreed that it wasn't okay. I said I would wait until someone else would be in. After we left we decided that we would go out of the way to a different location (Roseville) The treatment was much better and the cups were full like they usually have been before.
