I did a pick up order from ubereats. The employee said the store is closed, i asked if they can cancel the order then. The employee said he doesn't know how to. I messaged uber support, they want the merchant to cancel the order to refund me. So I was not able to get my money back from uber and my order is still shows active from the store for more than an hour. I hope the store will eventually cancel my order, but what a pain in the arse to deal with.

It's hit and miss. Usually all employees are friendly, but sometimes slow and lately they start closing 15 to 40 minutes before official closing times. Too small n noisy inside so I only do drive-thru or to-go
I waited in drive through for over 20 min and had someone in front and behind so I couldn't change my mind and then my food was cold! I dont go often and won't be going again.

Food was cold, i went thru drive thru, i wanted to add to my posting for i just remembered they handed me my soda the lid wasnt on all the way and it spilled across my lap and onto steering wheel, SUV is 3 months old, the guy just watched as it happened. He turns and walk away, So i have to get his attention to ask for napkins he handed me 1.

I love coming here late nights for shakes but I came this particular night they tried to serve me a watered down shake I even watched her make it ! Then I was short 1 penny and said she could give me my food if I didn’t have an extra penny. But the shakes are awesome when the right people are working Sunday night guess not a good night to come to del taco lol
The girl at the window was friendly but not very attentive. The food was good as usual. I love their chicken tacos.

The fries were overly cooked . I got fresh fries. My bottem bun on my double del was over cooked. . The food is normally better. My mom and I were not happy with the service and the food quality.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a crunchtada with extra lettuce and extra cheese and some other items. When I got it home, this is the crunchtada I found. I guess I paid extra for very little lettuce and very little cheese. Also very little beans and sauce. This is what $20/hr and higher food prices get you. This isn't the first time we've had a problem with our food. I'm done going there. They suck!
