They were pretty quick today for taco tuesday. Food was delicious and service was usual. TIP: add some flavor to a regular taco by asking to 'add chipotle sauce'

It is not in my general nature to go out of my way to leave reviews, especially for fast food, which is saturated with unprofessionalism and incompetence, but upon my recent visit to Del Taco on Greenback I feel inclined. No. COMPELLED to express the true and sincere eruptions of my soul. The experience was so excellent, so phenomenal that whatever the current rating of this location is from its opening until now, it should be automatically changed to 5. I defy anyone who is helped by the staff who served me that if they don't leave a TOP review and let THE WORLD know-- they are being dishonest to themselves and everyone else and living a lie. I pulled up to the drive through after a football (soccer) game and just intended to order a burrito, say hi to someone I used to know who works there and be on my way. But no. The cashier would NOT allow it. Her initial welcome was so genuine, so warm and kind that it made me rethink everything I've ever known about fast food until today. I've been stopping at drive thrus for 15+ years. I've WORKED in the fast food industry. I've seen the blood, sweat and tears that goes into ensuring low timers. And anyone who knows ANYTHING about running fast food is that you have to be FAST, which usually means less focus on customer service. But this girl knew better. Not only fast but incredibly compassionate and warm. Her ability to dance the tightrope between speed and kindness was so expert that as a manager I would hire her on the spot. Her voice emanated welcome and empathy like the elven silk of Rivendell. Her visage radiated purity like the silver moon over the lake of Alderaan. A thousand bleeding sunsets scraping their dying light beyond the distant Korriban horizon cannot compare to her. My only regret is that (knowing that fast food requires you to take your food and GO) I didn't get her name. But for anyone who works there or who has been cashed out by her KNOWS exactly who I'm talking about. She said she's been there for 3 years. She deserves a raise. She deserves the world. And I hope Del taco gives it to her. So, please, gracious host, if you read this, accept this 5 star review and know it's not enough. The heaven full of stars cannot recompense your worth.

I ordered online. I set my wife to pick it up. She had to wait 1 hour when she was starting to complain a little bit. They started to get irritated the employees, especially one young lady practically threw the food at my wife. I know sometimes things can get hectic. I've been in the food business for exactly 41 years but to act like that is highly health profession. It is what it is. I hope things can change cuz my wife doesn't want to eat there anymore. We've been eating there since 1994. Really sad

Usually never have issues here but I was trying to do a take out order around 11pm as I don't drive a car it says online and on the door dine in is open till 12am everyday but the doors were locked I called and they said they close the lobby at 10pm just confusing as heck probably should change the sign if y'all aren't open :/
Website says store closes at 4 AM, Got there at 3 AM and they were completely closed

Love the food, friendly service BUT The inside super dirty and it’s always freezing inside! Like too cold even on a hot day to cold on chills days to it’s always freezing! Would love to dine in but need to bring a coat inside!

I did a pick up order from ubereats. The employee said the store is closed, i asked if they can cancel the order then. The employee said he doesn't know how to. I messaged uber support, they want the merchant to cancel the order to refund me. So I was not able to get my money back from uber and my order is still shows active from the store for more than an hour. I hope the store will eventually cancel my order, but what a pain in the arse to deal with.
