I drove all the way from elkhorn restaurant to this Del Taco for fish tacos. She said they didn't have any fish delivered to their store location. The elkhorn restaurant offered me one already made lonely taco no telling how long it had been sitting under a heat lamp & waiting for it's potential buyer.

I think that it was my mistake to try mexican food for the first time in there, it looks like someone chewed the food and put it in my taco.

I tried to use the qr code from the app and the store owner called the cops on me. I tried filing a complaint with del taco and never heard back.
All i did was stick my phone out the window to get scanned and she flipped out.

The company should change their hours online and not post open 24hrs considering they are not. If you own a business, do it right.
I ordered the 8 layer veggie burrito through doordash, Iāve been vegetarian 7-8 years now. They put meat in my burrito and I didnāt realize until halfway through. Iām sick to my stomach and APPALLED. Never ordering from this location again

Man Iām just gonna be honest I was a regular customer there and I use to love their food and I never had as much trouble with them till lately. I really donāt wanna go there as much anymore. Every time Iāve ask for taco or burrito I tell them not to add any spicy cuz I canāt have anything hot due to having ulcerative colitis which means I have a stomach issue bowl diseases..and what did they do? They add spice and it was almost burning my mouth and throat it wasnāt even mild. Plus it gave me a stomach ache. They do this majority of the time I donāt understand why the person who make the food canāt follow a simple direction. I know it not usually spicy cause occasionally when it remade it not usually hot. Also I been to other del taco and their food always made right and not spicy so I donāt understand why this location is constantly messing up. They need to be careful what if someone allergic to something and they screwed that up and didnāt follow the instructions and forget to remove something. Accident happens and I completely understand but for it to happen all the time almost frequently is crazy and we pay for our food and how we want it. :(

We started to eat right after we got our food and we were very disappointed. Our food was cold. When I say 'cold' , I mean COLD! We should have turned around to have them remake it but we were in a hurry. This day was actually the 1st time it was cold and without thinking we stopped there again but didn't start eating until we got to our friends which is only like 7 minutes away. And guess what? Cold again! We're not stopping there again. It is what it is though. Oh, let me tell you that this is happening in the evening. Like after 6pm.
