Been going to this location for years and was happy with everything. The last few times my pizza has been made wrong. To the point it has made me ill. I order my food based on my dietary restriction, leaving out the garlic oil seasoning for crust because too much oils cause me issues. Every time recently the garlic oil is still heavily applied. I can get over the extra long wait when understaffed (like this evening it took 45 minutes to even get our pizza in the oven), but I can't overlook not being able to eat my pizza because it's so oily the box is wet from it.

They left my delivery pizza sitting for 45 minutes after baking, I called and was told it would be hot and still good. It arrived lukewarm, cheese solid, and not melted anymore, and the loaded tots were soggy and cold. Worst pizza I've had in years.

I placed a order here about 10:20pm 2/16, usually my order always goes through no issue but not today. Dominos has always glitched when it comes to address nd unit numbers and on their end its always missing. Normally they text while they’re on the way to correct any issues but not tonight. Katlyn the store supervisor was very rude, meowing on the phone saying “ katlyn like a cat “meow” is my name like im slow or something. I just trying to explain why this customer service was uncalled for but she didn’t want to hear me. I have the call recorded n will be sending this to someone above her. I cant even put in details how weird tht call was. I will never order here again but will make sure she gets handled appropriately. If she talks to a customer tht way, i know the work place must be toxic.

I had my wife come in and order food cause they don’t deliver where I live and I ordered a whole bunch of food for takeout and when I got my food and came home, they gave me the wrong wings. I called the manager and told them what have happened. And he told me there’s nothing he could do about it. I should’ve called in that day, but I have work to do but for his mistake. Not making my order right he got offended a little bit and I had just had to call in and tell him you know what we order. Make sure you don’t get it wrong because you don’t like to replace Orders that people originally put in It would’ve been cool if we were to replace the wings Or some kind of discount, but obviously the manager don’t like to replace what They did wrong So make sure your order is right before you leave But between me poor management

Bad experience all around. Ordered pizza and wings for delivery, received notification about 40 minutes later that delivery driver was 1 minute away. After 15 minutes, I called the store and was told the driver had another delivery in the neighborhood and was 2 minutes away. Another 15 minutes go by, the driver parks across the street and walks to my neighbors house with my order. At some point he realized he was at the wrong house. When he hands me the pizza, I could tell from the temperature of the box the pizza was already cold. The driver said he had just taken the pizza out of the delivery pouch, but I was watching from my porch as he lifted the boxes out of the truck of his car. I can’t say definitively he lied, but I don’t see how he could have removed 3 boxes from a delivery pouch when he lifted them straight out of the trunk when he arrived. I brought them in the house intending to warm them up in the oven. When I opened the box, it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. The only satisfaction guarantee I received was a coupon for another cold pizza that I could redeem once it was entered into my account in the next day 2-3 days.

Manager was completely unprofessional after an hour of waiting, they let me know that the order was backed up and if I wanted to I can request it be remade and then wait further. Mind you this was at 8:30-9:00PM. He also said it made no difference if I wanted to recieve the order that was done and out of the oven 40 minutes ago. Or wait another 40 minutes for a "Fresh batch"

I just wasted $56 on a order I called to inform them that my Pizza was lack of sauce the pizza is super dry. I order this same pizza and it's never like this. This lady said she made the order and we drizzle the sauce tf. I'm super pissed off I could throw this thing right into her face because I'm out of money because they made a crappy pizza. Smfh highly not recommend find a different location

I've ordered delivery from this location weekly for the past 7 months no problems. I ordered delivery and paid online like always delivery was going to arrive at 8:34 PM. Then I get phone call informing me they could not deliver to my address. I go pick up my order/pay at pickup, they would void the delivery charge. You think? Damn right. I asked when did you change the delivery route? It's within 1 mile of home. Answer: we're a franchisee, the boss is cracking down on where we can deliver. Suddenly inconvenient. Well you just lost a customer.

The staff at this location is superb! When picking up my order, they looked to see if any discounts could be applied to my order (there was!) in order to reduce the total cost of my pan pizza. I truly appreciated that!

Deserve zero stars. They outsource their calls so you're not speaking to the store when you call to order. They got the time wrong on my order so it was not ready when I walked in. The manager accuses me of "wasting product because I didn't answer" when she called. It is not the burden of the customer to ensure proper communication between your business and the company you choose to outsource to. She was incredibly rude and when I told her she was being extremely rude to me for a mistake on their end. She said to go ahead and complain because she's the manager and they all go to her. So here's the complaint so everyone can read it and hopefully pick another spot with an iota of customer service skills. Never returning and can't wait to see the response to this as I'm sure the manager will have a snarky remark in return.

So this review is based on an order of two New York style crust pizza's, one with Peperoni & olives with red sauce, and a white sauce with Philly steak - mushrooms & tomatoes, placed on a late Sunday evening for pick up. The service was faster than promised and the 5 star for food is based against the taste of the old Domino's I used to order "many" years ago. Anyone who hasn't had Domino's lately will be in for a big surprise!
