Domino's Pizza

Surprisingly decent pizza. I like the thin, cracker crust and it was perfect. They didn't skimp on the toppings (at least not this time). The parmesan cheese bread bites were delicious also, not too salty, just right.

The thin crispy crust was actually crispy, cooked perfectly! I ordered delivery on DoorDash, and the pie arrived on time, hot and fresh.

Disgusting customer service
I ordered a pizza and asked for no American cheese and this is what I get ( see pic )
I went in to tell them thinking they made a mistake and they were rude and dismissive

What a surprisingly good pizza. Haven't eaten a Domino's in years, Pizza was excellent I'll definitely go back.

I ordered a pizza through DoorDash and my girlfriend and I both found hair baked into our pizzas. When I called to notify the store of the issue, the woman over the phone said that there are “only guys” who work in the kitchen. The color of the hair does not match my girlfriend’s (the hair we found was a reddish brown), and it was baked INTO the cheese.

During the phone call with the employee at domino’s, I was told that I would need to contact DoorDash in order to get a refund, but I hadn’t mentioned anything about a refund during the whole call. I wanted to warn the employees that there is hair in their product.

After trying the others (little Caesar’s, round table, and the local little shops, this is the only one I come back to every week. The balance of toppings is great!

I eat Domino's at least once a week. The prices are extra cheap and I'm always able to get free pizza with my points which is always awesome

Despite some other reviews my experience has been great. A mistake was made on one of my orders. I called in Lady was super nice about it offered to remake my order and gave me a free side. When I came to pick up the order it was ready Lady once again apologized Great experience.

2 hours or more for a pizza to travel 5 blocks or 800 yards. Costly, insisted on downloading the app so I can track it, and was unable to track. Tried calling customer service, and was hung up on twice. Never again will I order from here. Unable to call the store and speak to a real person, everything about this business is wrong.

I gave this place 2 stars the food was good But they are stingy on the toppings. They don’t give you a lot of topping. I got 3 pizza’s one of them was pineapple and ham and sausage . I had about 2 pineapples on each slice of pizza. And probably about 1 sausage and couple of ham. The other pizza was pepperoni and olive it was the Sam thing but they put about 5 olives on the whole pizza no lie sounds crazy but it’s true. But that’s not why I gave them 2 stars I gave them 2 stars because later on that night this might be to much info but just being honest but my husband started throwing and had diarrhea. Couple hours after that I got it and then my kids . The worst night ever. We felt so sick . So I called the store And spoke with the manager that help me the day I ordered my food. She pretty much told me I was A lier and there is nothing she could do about it. So I called corporate and they never got back to me . But 3 days later the manager called me and told me she called 5 other customers that order the same thing as me and they didn’t have that issue I don’t believe she did but I never know maybe she did and she Did give me A refund and sounded A lot nicer then the first time I talked to her about my issue So from this experience I am never in my life going to order domino’s ever again.
