This is a nice place for fast food type Mexican food. It is not a place where someone takes your order from the table. Instead, you order your food and they bring it to you. That was ok, but once you place your order, that's the last contact you will have with anyone working there. The food is decent. Slightly overpriced. Margaritas are tiny. Just wanted to experience something different, it was OK at best. Nice ambiance, airy setting. Nothing bad to say, but not a restaurant with waiters or waitresses taking your orders.

Found a long brown wavy hair in my burrito today! And the young Caucasian male manager was so NOT empathetic to the issue at all and DIDNT even apologize for the hair found in my food. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. On top of that… the Mexican staff behind him just gave me dirty looks and didn’t take responsibility for their hair falling out in my food at all either, while laughing that I was upset about this all. Will not be coming back because of this horrific unpleasant experience!

Stopped in for lunch with coworkers. Our orders were taken quickly and food brought to the table quicker than expected. There was a salsa bar for meal toppers.

Overcooked shrimp, no utensils, no salsa for the chips, enchiladas tasted NOTHING like the previous order, only 2/3 tacos had toppings, the meat wasn't seasoned AT ALL... ZERO FLAVOR!!!! Absolute TRASH experience!

Went to the store at 10 AM, and there was no sign of ours posted on the door. When I went inside with my roommate and my son, they were rude and telling us that it wasn’t even open yet, but the door was unlocked. Who doesn’t post the hours on the door and leave the door unlocked?

Hours aren’t posted anywhere on building and they were rude when telling me and my nephew that they were closed when their door was open.

We've been here a few times now and have yet to pick something from the menu that is not good. Good service and plenty of spaces to sit. A bit tight on the parking because it's in a tight spot with other places. We'll be back again for sure.

The food here is most of the time a miss. The cantina is the only highlight when there is actually someone there. The staff is very rude over the phone. I will not come back to this location.

Had the chicken border burrito - ranchero style. Delicious! Love the salsa bar - such a variety of flavors (each unique from one another). Like the fact that the coke freestyle machine was replaced with the original self service machine. Though it's nice to get custom flavors like vanilla diet coke - it created a bottleneck because a lot of folks just couldn't figure it out in a timely manner.
