While this tends to be a weekly stop for me, tonight I picked up my dinner- a regular order- and got home for it to be incorrect (chicken instead of vegetarian, so kind of a big deal). The on duty manager said he’d refund my money (which, duh) but said they can’t do anything else for the inconvenience. If they are willing to lose regulars (like the managers know me by sight when I’m there), then that’s on them and they don’t need my business 🤷🏼‍♀️the LEAST they could have done was refund and say come by tomorrow and we’ll make them properly. He said if I was in store there are options (!but also like if I was in store, they’d just re-make it and I wouldn’t be dinner-less, so… cool). Anyway- too bad as this is usually a family spot to go when people are in town. Sad they don’t want to keep their regulars.

I usually always order the same salad from this place and never had a problem with the salad until today. The lettuce in my salad was old and not fresh. I had to take out every single piece in order to eat it. Will not be going back to this one again.

This is a nice place for fast food type Mexican food. It is not a place where someone takes your order from the table. Instead, you order your food and they bring it to you. That was ok, but once you place your order, that's the last contact you will have with anyone working there. The food is decent. Slightly overpriced. Margaritas are tiny. Just wanted to experience something different, it was OK at best. Nice ambiance, airy setting. Nothing bad to say, but not a restaurant with waiters or waitresses taking your orders.

Found a long brown wavy hair in my burrito today! And the young Caucasian male manager was so NOT empathetic to the issue at all and DIDNT even apologize for the hair found in my food. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. On top of that… the Mexican staff behind him just gave me dirty looks and didn’t take responsibility for their hair falling out in my food at all either, while laughing that I was upset about this all. Will not be coming back because of this horrific unpleasant experience!

Stopped in for lunch with coworkers. Our orders were taken quickly and food brought to the table quicker than expected. There was a salsa bar for meal toppers.

Overcooked shrimp, no utensils, no salsa for the chips, enchiladas tasted NOTHING like the previous order, only 2/3 tacos had toppings, the meat wasn't seasoned AT ALL... ZERO FLAVOR!!!! Absolute TRASH experience!

Went to the store at 10 AM, and there was no sign of ours posted on the door. When I went inside with my roommate and my son, they were rude and telling us that it wasn’t even open yet, but the door was unlocked. Who doesn’t post the hours on the door and leave the door unlocked?
