Ordered my usual drink with soft top. They handed it over with maybe 1/8 of a teaspoon in it. I asked for more soft top and was told I didn’t order soft top (then why was there ANY soft top in there?). They charged me a dollar to add soft top. Handed it back 10 seconds later with maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon added. Talked to the regional manager who was visiting the store and clearly did not care. They gave me a cup with barely any soft top in it. By the time it cleared the cup, there was almost nothing left for the drink. Yet these people constantly ask for tips before ever handing me my drink, and I always tip them. I’m done with giving this company anymore of my business on principal alone.

Lately the winner's shimmer drink has not been made the way it's supposed to I paid for one today and asked for a refund. I wasn't happy with my drink. They said they don't provide refunds. They can remake it. I wasn't interested and did end up leaving my drink with them. Headed to my other Dutch Bros. And paid for another drink that I was completely happy with and it looks exactly the way it's supposed to in the pictures.

Passed by here this morning. I haven't been to this Dutch Bros location in Citrus Heights in a while. I miss going to this Dutch Bros location. The service was fantastic. I decided to go to the walk-up window instead of the drive thru. I noticed that there was no one else in the walk-up area section. I paid with cash and receiving My change back, the worker gave Me a sticker which I was not expecting. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Honestly, if I have an opportunity, I will pass by this Dutch Bros location to order some coffee.

The current lead for today was not helpful and rude. Completely unprofessional and did not fit the dutch bro vibe I'm use to. Will not be going to this one ever again. Had to change my sisters order because she kept making a big deal about stuff we've gotten there dozens of times
