First time at Dutch Bros, I ordered drink without ice, I got 1/3 of the cup drink only!! Yes the rest of the cup was empty, I was shocked I paid over $6 just for 1/3 of the cup, just because no ice! very bad service and unfair. I will never go there again.

They filled my cup almost to the top with ice so I took about 4 sips before my coffee was gone! The other cup is my husbands which had a normal amount of ice. This is like the third time this has happened to me at this Dutch bros!! If you want any drink ask for light ice.

I got out my car to order at the window because there was a long line and ended up waiting 15 minutes. All the cars in line and then a ton more got through before I got my drink. Why have a window to order if you are going to prioritize the cars and completely ignore and make me wait 15 minutes for one drink.

Really appreciate that Dutch Brothers had 2 employees walking the drive thru line to decrease waiting times.. Putting customers before profits will ALWAYS increase monthly customer totals, repeat business and therefore total sales...
