Shout out to Lichen Dutch Bros staff!!! Speedy service this morning, friendly faces! I ordered the seasonal Shamrock Kicker this morning (Friday) and noticed when it was being handed over that it looked lighter than normal. Even the broista was like, "are we sure this is it?" We shrugged it off since it was confirmed that it was mine. I got to the light and had my first sip- something was off. It was not blended, it was chunky... So weird. I hated being *this* person, but I got back into the line and expressed my concerns - that I have had the shamrock kicker before and it was usually darker, not chunky, and tasted amazing. The guy (who originally took my order) agreed and said "oh yeah, that doesn't look right. Possibly the carburetor." I apologized being *that* person, that I usually wouldn't get back in line for something so ridiculous and he laughed it off saying, "no problem at all! We WANT you to enjoy your drink! Especially on a Friday morning!" I was pushed back through the line and met with the guy in the window again and got a brand new drink, handed back in the old... The new drink was PERFECT. It looked like it should, tasted like it should. Chef's kiss. Thank you Lichen Dutch Bros staff for not making me feel crazy and for listening and understanding!

I normally have a pretty regular experience at this Dutch bros but today we completely got skipped in line due to lack of attention from a worker wearing a red sweatshirt, and wouldn't have ever got our order taken if I didn't nearly holler at the other young lady taking orders (who was not at fault). If I knew the workers name I would put it here but they don't wear any name tags. Super frustrating.

Do not go to this location. My wife order a chocolate shake for me . When they handed it to her they even said it was a chocolate shake. Being new to Dutch bro she thought it was maybe another ingredient that made it white. After I tasted it definitely was not chocolate. Tasted like vanilla. How do the workers not know this was not a chocolate shake. It should be obvious to them. Got my drink wrong and we had other plans so could not go back to exchange it. Customer service pf the manager os not great either. I had a picture of it and they did not honor to replace It. Do not go here unless you want your drink to be made wrong

Let's just say Dutch always has a good drink. I personally think it's kinda pricey but it also makes sense. It always works great. I get a coffee and my kids get free kids cups. My girls love going to Dutch.Kid-friendliness: Dutch Bros makes you feel welcome and is great. Always making my girls feel special. Ask how they're doing. Give them stickers etc.

Worst customer service ever, went here at 3:30 AM two drinks came out to $19.87 Battista included his eight dollar tip without even telling me it's their job to let you know to either tip or no tip before you pay don't mean to sound too dramatic, but come on ended up going negative because of that Some people can't afford to always tip And I am a type of person to tip every now and then I'm not saying I don't . They need to go to back to having a regular tip jar. Remove that feature..
