It was very busy, Mother's Day, but we were there for over an hour before we got our food, not everyone at once either. Mimosa was a half glass of orange juice with maybe some champagne for $5. Value-wise ok, but I don't think we'll be going back.

Great service! Portions aren't as large as they used to be. Maybe to retain price. Specifically, my favorite, Soy Ginger Calamari is getting smaller. All of our orders were prepared as ordered and yummy. Best martinis in Citris Heights!

when I arrived and told the hostess I had a reservation she explained to me the system was down and she didn't know if I really had one or not. I asked to be seated in one area and she took me to another. Our waitress was great and kept checking on us throughout the meal. The food was just okay to me. Greasy food greasy fries and the creme brulee was over heated and cooked on the top, too hard to break through the sugar.

i would normally say yes to recommending this place to someone because i have had many good experiences here. this last visit was very unpleasant for me and my friend and it was her first time.. we ordered an appetizer and it never came .. the meal my friend ordered was done wrong twice , it was embarrassing because i bragged about how good it was in the past. the manager did at least comp half the meal he should have paid the whole thing.. i may or may not return..

Server was rarely present. Had to ask if we could order after waiting at our table 20 minutes. Rarely checked on us. Steak wasn't cooked correctly but since the server didn't ask how I wanted it cooked. I didn't wait potatoes but got potatoes and ordered shrimp but had to ask for it after dinner was brought.

Met friends for dinner. Got there fairly early wasn't busy at all. Seemed nice until they said they we out of what I ordered THEN we waited almost an hour for our food. By that time it was getting busier.... everyone around us seemed to be getting what they ordered but we weren't. When we asked our waitress why it was so long long she made up some excuse then we never saw her again. Thankfully the manager was super kind and gave us half off our bill. But not likely to go back.

Very good service though the food was a bit dry (had the platter with crab cakes, potatoe skins, and lettuce wraps). Service people both on the floor and behind the bar were very attentive and even willing to create a drink for my date. It was a great place to chat and I would go back again!

We always have delightful meals when we visit the Elephant Bar - as usual, last Sunday evening the service was great, and the window seat was a bonus as we got a chance to marvel at the heavy downpour outside while enjoying our tasting hot meals. Food portions are generous, fresh and tasty! Love it! Love the ambience.

Carpet was so sticky our shoes were sticking! Overall appearance looks tired and needs to be deep cleaned and freshened. Tables were also sticky. Bathroom walls and wood decor are very scuffed. Nice space, good service and good menu. good location.
So sad for thanksgiving. Order was very late. Ran out of mash potatoes. Had to take baked. Manager comped 2 of the seven meals. Took over an hour to get my husbands plate. When bill came it was incorrect. We still tipped the waitress. Felt sorry for her. She kept avoiding us.

Great service at this Restaurant, but food was mediocre. I had a hamburger with lukewarm sweet potato fries; my brother had pot roast that wasn't very good. But, my sister enjoyed the stir fry dish.

Noel provided us with great service. Although that the food could have been better. My steak and vegetables were both overcooked. Which I don't know why because they were not busy at this time there were probably eight customers in the whole restaurant. But our server and Noel did a great job and was always on top of things

Thank god they brought back the cashew chicken. I have not eaten there since they took it off the meny but now I am back. I hope they keep it on the menu. The server was very nonchalant and moved slowly.

Disappointed. We had a group of 8 together for a birthday dinner. I specified on the app and told the hostess we are celebrating. Twice! We waited and waited for the surprise and the chance to sing happy birthday and it never came. I will not be going back to this establishment for that specific reason I also ordered a mojito from the bar and it was disgusting. No alcohol and every sip I got a mouthful of mint. gross. Food was okay.
