Waitress was nice. Ramen noodles were okay...not the chewiest.. broth was luke warm. Pork was not melt in your mouth. Not the chewiest but not the softest either. The size was nice and thick tho so that's a plus. Sorry not coming back.

Is used to go to a ramen spot downtown but their quality dropped over the years. This is my new ramen spot. The salt tonkotsu ramen is delicious! And the chashu is actually thick and tasty rather than thin little slices. Noodles were fresh and the added butter option took it up a notch. I mean, look at that photo! If that doesn’t look delicious to you, maybe you should stick to top ramen. This place is awesome. Service was great and interior was very clean.
Food is phenomenal and understandable priced for the taste and presentation. Love the atmosphere and feel of the restaurant. And the small dishes are SUPER GOOD. Order some with your Ramen you won't regret it. And on one note if you are not picky where to sit you will get a seating faster.

We had Spicy Kara-miso Ramen. It was spicy with lots of flavor. Included two large slices of pork belly and a seasoned soft boiled egg.Our server was Mikala (sp) and she was fantastic and attentive! We are going backExcellent food and a fantastic experience
