I never come to Jersey Mikes but today I decided to. I grabbed a drink out of the fridge and purchased it without thinking I should check the expiration date. After I took a few sips, I saw the drink expired a month ago. Just be mindful of their products, I hope none of the actual food is expired there

I have to give respect and credit where it’s due because this Jersey Mike’s location is one of the best in Sacramento! Well done to the team for providing various subs for different occasions and being professional yet casual! Massive thanks to the team but also to Steph for some cool surprises thrown in! Definitely worth revisiting this location!

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

My friend treated me to a 1’ long sandwiches for helping him. He purchased two (2) 1’ long sandwiches to go. Either the wrapping on the sandwiches &/or the bag the sandwiches were put in, had an odor of ammonia!

I ate 1/4 of the sandwich & didn’t feel well within 35 mins & was in the bathroom. IDK if it was from the sandwich or the smell. I decided to contact the store to let them know of the situation.

I contacted the store & spoke w/the owner, Ernesto. Ernesto went straight in to defensive mode like this has happened before! He explained their whole process of how they do things. He never asked me to bring in the remaining uneaten sandwich so he could smell it for himself.

He questioned me as if I were lying. And if I really bought (2) sandwiches that day & wanted the specific time we stopped by so he could check his cameras. I gave him the approximate time (30 min window) & a detailed description of my friend who went in to buy the sandwiches. I am an elderly woman who cannot walk or stand for very long, so I stayed in the car.

Ernesto said he also wanted to see the receipt & WOULD CONTACT ME after he received the receipt & reviewed his cameras…as if I was lying!!!

ERNESTO NEVER CALLED!!!

As requested, I sent the copy of the receipt & waited for Ernesto’s call. He never called. Instead, I received a call from a very rude lady, (supposedly the Manager) who immediately start talking before I finished saying hello! She too went straight in to a defensive mode. She didn’t ask me any questions just started telling me how they procedurally do this & that in their store. Basically, repeating everything Ernesto said & as if to call me a liar!!!

Confused, I listened to hear what she had to say before asking “So, what are you trying to tell me?“

Without skipping a beat she said NOTHING!
We’re not going to do anything about this!

I was in shock said ‘okay’ & hung up to wait for Ernesto’s call…which never came.

Neither Owner or Manager chose to ask, listen or hear what I might have to say. They didn’t even ask to see or smell the smelly sandwich that I had placed in my fridge so the sandwich wouldn’t spoil anymore!

THEIR CLAIM IS THEIR EMPLOYEES FOLLOW THE RULES & NEVER NAKE ANY MISTAKES! I call B.S.

I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE OR FOR THAT MATTER ANY OTHER JERSEY MIKE’S EVER AGAIN!!!

I gave my honest review of my service from JERSEY MIKE’S in Citrus Heights, CA and that not only does
1. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK!!!!
2. I QUESTION THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY…

I recently stopped by Jersey Mike’s for a quick bite and had a mixed experience. The food was solid—fresh ingredients, well-made subs, and plenty of options to choose from. Definitely a step up from your average sandwich chain, so I'd give the food 4 stars.

The service, however, was just okay. The staff seemed a bit rushed and not particularly welcoming. They got my order right, but there wasn’t much effort to engage or make the experience pleasant—3 stars for service.

As for the atmosphere, it left a lot to be desired. The place felt cramped, not the cleanest, and a little chaotic with the way orders were handled. It’s fine if you're just grabbing a sandwich to-go, but not the best spot to sit and enjoy your meal—2 stars for atmosphere.

Overall, if you're just here for the food, Jersey Mike’s is worth a visit. But don’t expect top-tier service or a great dining environment. 3 stars.

The last 4 times we ordered cheese steak
Sandwiches our grandsons order with cheese and no pepper or onion and everything they come with everything and they won't eat them. So I have to fix them something else and what a waste of money.
We won't be back. We live too far to drive back. Sorry we really love your food but we can't afford to buy and they won't eat them.

My husband picked up our online order and it was PERFECT! On time and made exactly as ordered. Lots of meat and really fresh bread. I only wish I could get more lettuce when doing an online pickup.

The sandwiches were made quickly and exactly as ordered, which is rare for an online order at most places.

Great quality, large portions! The food was great and the guest service matched it. Definitely recommend!
