Overall it was a good lunch. There were only two reasons I did not give a 5 star rating. First, there were three of us that went here for lunch and two out of the three had really hard, crackly bread. My sandwhich bread was soft and very easy to eat though. I dont know if it was just luck of the draw or not, but almost gave the impression the other two loaves were boarding on the stale end. Granted this was our first time eating here, so I do not know if this is normally how the bread tastes or not, but i had not heard any complaints about the bread in any of the reviews i read. Second, my aunt was with us for lunch and she uses a walker. There is little, to no room at all, for her to put the walker while she eats. We had to leave it by the table so when other guests wanted to get by we had to try and make sure it was out of the way. It made us feel pretty bad because 3 people had to walk by and all three made a sigh or heavy breathe becausr we had to move it. Would be nice if they had a better place for handicapped/disabled people. Also, she couldnt reach the cup lids or straws as they are stationed above the soda machine which makes it impossible for her to reach. Aside from that, that meal itsself was wonderful as far as flavir and size of sandwhich. They definitely do not skimp corners. If they find a way to fix the walker situation we will definitely be back.

Sandwich was to thin not enough inside for my taste . Bread was great tasting , but nothing inside to really complaint it .

The food was very fresh and good but it was the customer service that was outstanding! I went to use the bathroom and someone had peed all over the toilet and floor. You could tell everything else was very clean. When I told the staff about it they had it sparkling in no time and apologised about the mess. Then when I went out to my car I couldn't find my keys. My purse had fallen part way into the trash can and when I pulled it out my keys fell in. I came back in and told the young man behind the counter what had happened and that I was going to go look to see if they were there. He said, "Oh no ma'am I'll come with you, you shouldnt have to reach in there." So we both went in and he pulled the almost empty bag out and the keys were there. I started to reach for the keys and he pulled the bag back and said, "There's a syringe in there!! " He seemed horrified! It was used and uncapped. I would have been poked for sure! I am so grateful to the staff and their accomodating attitude about the whole thing! I felt they went far above what I would have expected and I'm so grateful they did!

Normally a great sandwich and excellent customer service. In 20 years that I've been eating Jimmy John's been told that I can't have a little extra oil and vinegar on the side ,absolutely unacceptable

Shorted us a sandwich and made one wrong. Too worried about how fast they could get an order out (even made jokes about how fast they were) to get the order right. We were the only people there ordering at the time...off hours. 3 guys... Screwed up an order of 5 sandwiches.

I just wanted to let the management know that my turkey unwich order did not come as requested. I paid extra for cheese and avacado spread, however both my meals did not have these two things on it. I would not have been this upset if I wasn't charged extra for these but sadly I was.

We drive from Rosemont to get our sandwiches here! Great sandwiches, great service, great employees!

I really like jimmy johns, they offer a inexpensive sandwich for my kids as its just bread and meat. Perfect. Also I ordered delivery for 'as soon as possible' and I received my food, no joke, in 10 minutes!! Wonderful service and good priced sandwiches. Will definitely eat here more often!

The people are friendly, but they don't have enough to quickly handle making the sandwiches. My order was correct. I did find you can buy day old bread. They don't have a door that is easily accessible. A customer opened the door for me. The 3 sandwiches I ordered were fresh and tasty.
