Really! You hire painted white face servers who don't know your menu. Leave customers standing in line while other customers go get their forgotten wallet. Worst KFC I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. They don't care!!

My chicken sandwhich had little to no mayo and the chicken tasted a little olld, no way was it fresh or near fesh, the rootbeer float was great, thank for float.

This location has been the least consistent of a few other KFC restaurants nearby. I place my order through the app noticed there was not one single person inside the store what could go wrong. 10 minutes later I grab my $10.99 spicy chicken combo order to eat at a nearby park. The food was cold and stale, like it was sitting out at least 15 mins??. This is the third time it's happened I've learned my lesson

. Walk in and pick up your order and make sure your food is fresh and hot.

When you don't have a single customer in your store and three or four employees it isn't that hard to push out quality food!

I wasnt happy with the service I received. I had to go back thru drive thru 3 times. They forgot my chicken sandwich and fries were cold,I was more than halfway home when I realized my famous bowl had cheese on it when I ordered it without. And then they added cheese on it again.

This is by far the worst fast food place ever. Cold and old fries, forgot to give us a drink, forgot the ranch I requested for the cheese curds. The service stinks!!

The staff are unprofessional and lack a sense of urgency. We went through the drive-thru after ordering. We were asked to park and someone would bring out the food. All of the parking stalls were taken with people having to wait for orders. We ordered ar 2:35pm. After almost 30 minutes of waiting we went in and our order was sitting there because the staff were playing around, they have no integrity or sense of urgency. Another person waiting was so upset, when he went in, he was told to wait. He went back to his car and when the staff member brought his food, she had an attitude and walked slowly and made him wait longer. There are a bunch of careless, worthless people in there, I can't say working because they are clearly not working. They have forgotten items and slowly service, but this time it was the attitude of the staff and total disregard for customers that was unacceptable and I will not be going back. How can the management tolerate 2.9 stars. There is no leadership or standards at this location.

Signs, Internet results and neon signs say drive thru open until 11 pm. Closed at 1045. Staff said corporate makes those rules and they don't follow them. I've been through the drive thru in the afternoon and made to park out front only to be forgotten about and made to go inside to reorder. Staff are very rude and dismissive about concerns.

I live nearby seems to be a business practice of this location to not have chicken ready to sell hot and ready sometimes more than an hour before closing. Tonight no different. I walked into the lobby and really before i even discussed what i wanted to order the guy behind the counter was opening warmers telling me that they were short on everything and i would have to wait 30 mins. if i wanted any kind of meal with still a little more than an hour left before they closed. Im not sure if anyone higher up has trained this store this way but it doesn't seem to be a great business plan.

I thought I'd give them a shot again and I succeeded this time but with only Original recipe. I usually buy mixture of crispy and Original. It tasted great but it's just how the lady presented it. So I asked again no plan for any crispy before you close? Well she said not until we get the rest of the Original out of the fryer. Unfortunately for the 11 years I've lived here it's been like this. It must be in the training manual. ?

Still the same BS different mgmt. Went in tonight to get a 12 piece meal 40 mins before closing. I said I'll wait she said fryers were already off. Honestly that's insane.40 min before closing? They need some good management here. Ending result we went to Popeye's on antelope and they were cooking up all kinds of chicken.

Honestly I'm 54 and my Father took us here in the 70's I really can't believe it's turned into this! Very sad!

I made an order online, the restaurant was open, that's what it said on the Google map. they accepted my order, and then called that they could not make it because they were closing. and I have to make a refusal. But I could not do this, as the order had already been prepared.
