Great desserts! Come here if you want to try a croiffle/croffle (waffle made with croissant mix). The employees are super friendly, and the place is clean. It's an incredibly cute location if you want to enjoy you desserts inside. Free water!!!

"The bingsu here was even more delicious than the famous Sulbing in LA, the best bingsu I've ever tasted. The shop itself was adorable and it was such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!" Also their croiffles are good as bingsu!

Came here to hang out and meet with friends. I got the Mixed Berry Croffle and Ube Taro Tea. I wish the Croffle was heated, it would be more delicious and chewy soft that way. The ube taro tea on the other hand was powder made and tasted like one. The service was great though and the whole area was clean.

My new favorite dessert place!! The decor is as super fun and I loved the kpop music videos that were playing in the TV. The service was great and there's even a screen you can order on!

I've been wanting to try Kobing Dessert Studio for a while. The pictures I've seen posted made it look so enticing. I grabbed a friend and we tried it tonight. The place is small, but has a decent amount of seating. When my friend and I arrived, we were the only ones there, but a small rush of people came in after us. The place is bright and playful, with a little hint of glam. I loved the marble type tables and benches. There's a television that plays Kpop near the back of the restaurant, where there is also a bathroom through a short hall. When you first arrive, the smell of warm croissants fill the air. There's a kiosk to place your order, but there was a young man there who took our order. He was friendly. We picked a place to sit and our food was ready within 10 minutes. I ordered a biscoff croffle, biscoff iced latte, and green tea soft serve. Yes, if I'm going to a dessert studio, I want dessert, lol. My friend got a mixed berry croffle and a Nutella and banana croffle, as well as mango soft serve and some boba. Unfortunately, her items aren't pictured, as they came out after mine. Anyway, I thought everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Best desserts! Their croiffles are awesome! Also, I highly recommend their Original Korean Bingsu!

Considering I've been a resident of Citrus Heights since 2016 (the year is 2024 as I am writing this review), there hasn't been many boba spots (if any) since living here. Everything is more or less in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and other more diverse areas. This takes me to "Kobing Dessert Studio" that is located on San Juan Ave. and just south of Greenback Lane in the heart of Citrus Heights. Their grand opening was in July 2023 and they took over where "Beanheads Coffee" once stood for just a short time. Prior to that was where "Bo's Urban Eats" was. Let's hope this place lasts longer than the previous two. Parking is fairly easy to find as this is in a relatively quiet strip mall. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with light pink walls complete with marbled tables, an LED TV playing K-Pop videos, and bright pink neon signage showcasing their business name. It is definitely one of the places that women will love as it is very TikTok/Instagram friendly. Their menu carries quite a few of Boba options including Thai Tea, Strawberry Matcha, Lychee, and the option I ended up ordering, their "Okinawa Brown Sugar". Since I didn't want it overbearingly sweet, I asked for 50% sweetness and light ice. In addition to their Boba choices, they carry traditional hot/iced coffees, soft serve ice creams, Bingsu (shaved ice), and Croiffles (croissant + waffle). My lady ended up ordering an Iced Americano and we took our drinks to-go and made the quick drive home. I've got to say that the service that was provided here and overall experience, this place went highly above my expectations. As for my Boba drink, even at 50% the brown sugar was still relatively sweet. This is why it's good to give a good shake (of your cup) since much of the sweetness is on the bottom. And the iced Americano that my lady ordered, she said it rivals some of the best iced coffee she's tried in the entire Sacramento area. That says a lot for a place that is still the new kid in town. Keep in mind that even though they serve coffee here, they don't open until 12pm. However, they are open for business 7 days a week from 12-9pm. I am quite curious to see how their desserts shape up. From what quite a few of my Yelp friends said, they were also very pleasantly surprised with how good this place was. As I mentioned, I just hope it survives since I've seen a lot of quality businesses come and go here. With that said and done, I am going to give "Kobing Dessert Studio" a unanimous five star rating.

It’s like any boba shop, Asian Pop in the background, L shaped serving counter, but with delicious Korean cold

Bingsu was pretty good. Mango Melon was my personal favorite out of the two Bingsu we ordered. The mango shaved ice was so flavorful and went well with the melon balls. It also comes in a melon bowl. Did not care for the whipped cream on top though. Strawberry Bingsu was good too. The strawberries were not tart and sour at all. The mochi and cheesecake bites were good additions but were basically froyo toppings lol. The place was spacious and had plenty of seating. It is very marble and bright in there. They were also playing kpop music videos on their tv which was cool.

My 8yr old asked that I go online and give them a 5 star rating. My personal rating is pretty good too. I asked for half sweet boba drinks (3) and they were perfect. The strawberry was still too sweet for my personal liking, but the other two were absolutely perfect. The store is clean and enjoyable. Would come back again.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking lot.
