Clean and quick
Passed by this McDonald's location on 7632 Sunrise Blvd. in Citrus Heights. When I was greeted by an employee, I was offered a Medium Mocha Frappe which I was not expecting, and I accepted it. The employee was so nice, kind, and respectful. No need to pay for the drink. I used the Buy One Get One Any Sandwich Offer to order a Bacon McDouble and another free. The Bacon McDouble was $4.59 plus tax. By the way, it cost $0.20 more at this location than the McDonald's location in Antelope on Walerga Road which I go to 90% of the time and that is the one of two McDonald's locations that I live in between. I used to go here as a kid growing up from November of 2006 to September of 2010. By the way, I spent about four years of My childhood living in Citrus Heights. Basically, I lived at Sunrise Oaks Apartments which is basically across the street from this McDonald's location.

Ordered 2 large Quarter pounder with cheese meals, that would mean 2 quarter pounders with cheese with everything on it a large french fry and a large drink for each.
Sounds easy, right!
Then for my granddaughter, a large size cheeseburger meal (2 burgers) large fries, large dr.pepper

I’m angry, we’re moving, packed up, no way to cook, hungry kids, and it’s bad enough we’re eating crap but, I just spent almost $60 on this crap!
Get it right people- is it really that difficult to put an order together 😠
Someone needs training, when a person is spending money and hungry, especially children!

The manager lady was super nice and had excellent customer service. My order was wrong and she not only remade me food but also gave me extra food for compensation. Never argued and was super nice the entire time, 10/10 service.

Drive thru is convenient, efficient with courteous, most polite working staff coordinating a good experience and quality food to each customer with a smile. Appears to be managed very well. I frequentlly purchase food at this McDonalds. Been a resident of Citrus Heights for over 50 years. Raised three children which our youngest was an employee at your location 24 years ago. Great experience with good food and a well managed staff with good customer skills. 😀 Linnet Hanaway

This was beyond frustrating Google Maps said this McDonald’s was open 24 hours, so I drove 30 minutes at 1:30 in the morning tired, hungry, just trying to get some food I pull up and t’s CLOSED No signs No explanation Just locked doors
But what really blew my mind There were at least three employees inside I saw them I knocked and they looked right at me and just said, “We’re closed Like seriously Why even have people in there if you’re turning customers away And why is it still listed as 24/7 online I didn’t drive half an hour in the middle of the night for fun I came because I was relying on the hours YOU listed Fix your schedule online This kind of thing wastes people’s time, gas, and patience Not cool at all.

we always buy french fries at this place and during the day shift we always get stale, cold fries that consist of overcooked leftovers. sometimes the fries are soft and have no shape. it feels like instead of selling a quality product they are trying to use one that is no longer suitable for sale thus they minimize losses. but as a customer I only pay for a fresh and quality product. this situation has been going on for a year now and I am tired of asking for a replacement french fries every time. frying oil also has a bitter taste, because it is not changed on time, I am sure that if I come with a carcinogen meter, this point will have to be closed.

Great for the chain, generally good service but they will miss order notes sometimes. Order a big Mac no cheese, and get cheese. No onions, get onions. That kind of thing. Otherwise, great.

OK, I had to say something about this location. I've been working in food and hospitality for over 30 years and have never known that McDonald's had such bad customer service. I was sent there for an interview for a general manager position and it was supposed to be a 10-minute interview. A lady who came out barely spoke English would a random piece of paper? Tell me to write my name and phone number on there. She said, tell me about yourself. I told her she never made eye contact and looked up. And I understood anything I was talking about and I told her I was there for a general manager position. She goes yes, same thing. You interview with people that do everything and if we are busy we call you when we need you we are slow right now I'm like that is not what was said. Or indeed mcDonald's bothered me all through the week about. Reminding me of the interview. That only lasted 5 seconds. She said to write my name throws on this scrap paper that the lady probably throws it away. What a waste of my time and life Well, if that's the case, I would not recommend this location for the sole fact that they do people like that.What else do they do.
I would like my 5 minutes of my life back. or five seconds it felt like and my gas and time for such an unprofessional experience.

I got a drink. I ordered a large coke. There were no customers in the drive thru or inside McDonald's. The drink seemed a little off when I took the first sip, I shrugged it off and then took 2 additional sips. It tasted like they put dirty dish water in my coke as a joke or something. I got sick about 30 min after I took the 3 sips.

I bought a coffee, paid almost $3, said - 10 sugar outside! She immediately brought me someone else's coffee and said that there were already 3 sugars in it! What??? Why? Why do I need someone else's coffee? She brought something else. I told her to give me sugar too. She dumped the sugar on a very dirty table - this is the first McDonald's with such a dirty table! And napkins and sugar on a dirty table! Does it mean that I won't carry sugar in my hands? I pay money for this - why didn't you put it in a bag?! Your intelligence should be enough for such a job to understand that a person shouldn't carry sugar in a handful? The same with napkins! Does it mean that I won't stir the sugar with my fingers? I tell her again to give me a stick. She threw it at me and started arguing with me and mimicking my English! Maybe something else, but I buy coffee every day 3-5 cups in different McDonald's, but I'll have to look for other places! No one has badges! You ruined my mood this morning! Apparently no one values their job at McDonald's anymore and they hire people who are incapable of simple things! If this miserable bag costs money, you should include it in the price and instruct your staff!! 1 star is too much!
