I come in to McDonalds hot from being out for hrs! The manager walks past me doesn’t take order! The white gal that did take my order takes my payment! I waited 5min to get my Sprite or Coke!!!!!! What is going on on I’ve never seen such poor service!!!!!!!!!

On May 29, 2025, my husband and I visited your location at 7850 Lichen Dr, Citrus Heights, CA 95621. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.
We placed a small order using the self-service kiosk — a meal deal that included a burger, fries, 4 nuggets, and a sauce that was supposed to be included with the meal.
Despite being the only customers, we had to wait over 15 minutes. When we asked the staff, they couldn’t find our order in the system and asked us to prove the payment using our bank app, since we never received a receipt.
After all the waiting and confusion, we finally received our food — but without the sauce, which was part of the meal.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We expect better service, especially in such a simple situation. I hope you will take this seriously and provide a response or compensation.

My Trucker Friend
Made it home and found they messed up my order. That's on me... I should've checked before leaving. Went back and they remade my burger. As they handed it to me they read off the special order... Walked outside and checked it to find they STILL got it wrong and I had to go back in again.

I ordered a Sandwich and I share with my mom, we cutting half then, a green thing come out from the yoked, that moment came back to the restaurant and I showed to the cashier, the lady at there told me it's a part of the egg,

The food was good. Staff there were very nice when they handed us the food but the only downside was there was no Receipt paper in the order it yourself Machine thing and we could Barely see our number but we still got the food and it was delicious 😋
McDonald's cannot measure up to curls are in and out when it comes to Quality or service .the coffee is also way too weak for most people .have to rate it a 2.0
Waited in a long line only to be charged for sauces claiming they only give sauces with nuggets very rude guy at the window will not be coming back avoid this McDonalds at all cost definitely not worth shopping from here
