I ordered two hash browns and bottle of water and it took them over 15 minutes to full fill my order as walk in to go. They seem to think that is walk in not important and that drive are. Will not come here again. Pathetic.

Have to order on a kiosk, ring bell to talk to a human, human takes off after everything so constantly ringing the bell to ask anything. Bring back human workers...food cold by time we got it. No squishmallows

I ordered at the kiosk and waiting more than 15 minutes for my food. I went to the counter several times and nobody was available to help me. Meanwhile i watched my food sit on the back counter the whole time. By the time I found someone to give it to me everything was cold

Not sure what happened this time, considering I was the only other car in the drive thru early this morning besides a Mazda. But I ordered 3 sandwiches, and a hersheys chocolate chip frappe which she understood as a mocha frappe, and was given the drinks but not the right food. This was after she had confirmed with me that I was the order with 3 sandwiches and also had been taking an extra minute. I was given 1 sandwich and a hashbrown which was so odd since she was the same woman who had taken my drive thru order and paid with and confirmed my order and gave it to me. There’s gotta be some grasp of memory or effort put into actually understanding so that stuff doesn’t like this happen. I parked and went inside and the counter was left unattended for a good while and passed by workers before I was finally helped and given my actual order. This store must be extremely uncoordinated because this is not how food service should work.

Service 0/10. I called to clarify about the toy that was supposed to be included in my order, the staff didn't listen to me and hung up. In the end, there was no toy at all (although I was told this SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TOY). Food and safety 0/10 The menu had a Big Mac with MOLD on it and THE SECOND CUTLET WAS MISSING. I placed my order through Uber, they only returned $5. Previously, the staff came in person and was unable to serve 2 people in half an hour. The staff doesn't speak English well. The establishment is very dirty!
